Rp75,000 Welcome Bonus — statement credit for new cardholders

• Eligibility. This offer applies if you apply for an Honest Card through the Honest app (available on the Play Store) during the Campaign Period and enter promo code WEB75 during registration. Applications submitted without promo code WEB75 do not qualify for this Campaign.
• Qualifying Transaction. Once your Regular Honest Card is approved, you must make at least one transaction of Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) or more within 30 (thirty) days of the approval date (the "Qualifying Transaction"). Any transaction meeting this threshold within the window qualifies.
• Crediting the bonus. Once your Qualifying Transaction is confirmed, the Rp75,000 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah) bonus will be credited to your account as statement credit within 7 (seven) business days, and no later than 30 (thirty) days. From that point, your bill is reduced by Rp75,000.
• Statement display. The bonus appears as a separate line item on the first Honest Card statement issued after it is credited. If it is credited after a statement has already been issued, it will appear on the following statement.
• One per user. The Rp75,000 welcome bonus is granted once per user and is credited automatically as a statement credit — no claim, voucher, or additional registration is required.
• Nature of the credit. A statement credit reduces the amount you owe on your Honest Card bill. It is not a cash or available limit, and it cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account or e-wallet. If your bill is smaller than Rp75,000, the remaining amount stays on your account and reduces your next bill.
• Notification. Honest will notify you once the bonus is credited.
• Combinability. This Campaign cannot be combined with any other new-user or welcome bonus programme for the Honest Card.

Bonus Processing & Fulfilment

• The bonus is credited within 7 (seven) business days after the Qualifying Transaction is confirmed, and in any event no later than 30 (thirty) days from that date.
• The 30 (thirty)-day window to complete the Qualifying Transaction runs from the approval date. If that window extends past 30 September 2026, a Qualifying Transaction made within it still counts.
• Unless otherwise stated, rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash
• Honest reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back the bonus in the event of fraud, misuse, fictitious transactions, or cancellation/refund of the Qualifying Transaction.

Who Can Join

• Apply for an Honest Card during the Campaign Period using promo code WEB75, and be approved for the Regular Honest Card product.
• Hold an active Honest account in good standing (not frozen or suspended), with an activated credit limit. If your credit limit has not yet been activated at the time of approval, you may still participate once Honest reviews and activates it, provided the Qualifying Transaction is made within 30 (thirty) days of approval.
• Be approved through the standard Honest Card application — approval obtained through the Registration Fee or Rp1 programme does not qualify for this bonus.
• Not have previously received or qualified for any Honest Card new-user or welcome bonus programme.

General Terms

These general terms apply to all Honest campaigns and do not change per campaign.

1. General Provisions

1. By participating in this Campaign, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
2. Honest is a Financing Company licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
3. Honest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign — including its mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards — at any time with commercially viable effort of prior notice, to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with applicable terms.
4. Honest reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any activity inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign or applicable law.

2. Promotional & Regulatory Compliance

All promotional materials are subject to these Terms & Conditions, and will state that Honest is a licensed institution supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

3. Privacy

1. By participating in the Campaign, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Honest for Campaign administration, verification, fulfilment, and marketing purposes.
2. Participants' personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as Honest's Privacy Policy. By joining the Campaign, participants consent to such processing and confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Complaint Handling

5. Miscellaneous

1. Honest's decisions regarding the Campaign and eligibility are final and binding. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
2. If there is any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and other communications related to the Campaign, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Honest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; by continuing to participate or to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
4. Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this Campaign are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
5. These Terms & Conditions are made in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Both versions are equally valid; however, in the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail, and the English version shall be deemed automatically amended to conform with the Bahasa Indonesia version.
6. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Customers understand that by participating in this Campaign or by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, they are giving electronic consent that has the same legal effect as a wet signature.
7. Customers agree in good faith not to: (i) question the validity of or object to these Terms & Conditions; (ii) defend non-compliance or breach of obligations under these Terms & Conditions; and/or (iii) declare these Terms & Conditions contrary to public policy or not a valid and binding legal obligation.
