General provisions

• All Programs are open only to Honest Card primary cardholders in good standing.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless otherwise stated.
• Honest Points awarded under these Programs can be redeemed through the Honest Points Program in accordance with its terms.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Users must click on the marketing campaign link / receive the communication in order to receive the incentive.
• Completion of activities must occur within the specified campaign period, any actions that fall outside of this period, will not be eligible for the campaign incentive. Please see specific incentive sections below for further details.
• All incentives are dependent on the user making a first transaction of minimum Rp50k, and applies to all campaigns.
• All campaign incentives shall be fulfilled within 30 days of the campaign period, or whenever deemed appropriate by Honest.

  • For users who have not made a first transaction - user may be eligible for incentives upon making a first transaction.
  • For customers who have previously made a transaction - user may be eligible for incentives upon making further transactions
  • Salvage program - user may be eligible for an incentive following approval and making a first transaction

Definitions of terms:

• First Transaction: The first transaction refers to the initial transaction performed by the Customer using the Honest Card after the card has been activated.

Other provisions

• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is any inconsistency between these T&Cs and communications relating to a Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• The Programs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or other criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customer have read these T&C. Customer understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customer are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
  
  • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
  • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
  • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, legal and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.
