• All Programs apply only to Honest Card primary cardholders who have good account status.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash, unless otherwise stated.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel a reward if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Users must click on the marketing campaign link or receive campaign communications in order to be eligible for incentives.
• All activities must be completed within the specified campaign period. Activities performed outside this period are not eligible for incentives.
• All campaign incentives will be fulfilled within 30 (thirty) days after the end of the campaign period, or at any other time deemed appropriate by Honest.
• Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment of incentives are final and binding.
• Incentives only apply to customers approved for the Honest Card and do not include users approved through the Registration Fee or the Rp1 program.
• To qualify, the customer may perform the following actions to fulfill eligibility as communicated through personalised marketing:
  
  • For customers who have never made a first transaction: eligibility after the first transaction.
  • For customers who have already transacted: eligibility after the next qualifying transaction.

0% Admin Fee

• Users who are approved for a Regular Honest Card product and meet eligibility will receive 0% admin fee promo up to Rp75.000.
• Users must enter promo code 0ADMINAPR during the registration process.
• Eligible customers will receive an exemption from the monthly admin fee for transactions made during the campaign period. However, the admin fee will still appear on the customer’s bill for that period and must be paid.
• The monthly admin fee exemption will be applied in the month following the end of the campaign period.
• To remain eligible, customers must pay at least the minimum bill amount within the payment period.
• This benefit applies only to costs incurred during the promotional period.
• All incentives will be given after the user has made a transaction with a minimum amount of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
• If no transaction is made or no admin fee is charged in the applicable billing month, the fee exemption will not apply.

Other provisions

• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is any discrepancy between this Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and other communications related to the Program, this T&Cs shall prevail.
• This program are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update this T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you are deemed to agree to such updates.
• Customers should beware of fraudulent attempts from individuals claiming to be Honest representatives.
• Fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties or individuals purporting to represent the program is beyond Honest’s control.
• Never share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, or CVC with anyone.
• Customers have read and agreed to this Terms & Conditions. By clicking an “Agree” button or similar, customers provide electronic consent equivalent to a wet signature.
• Customer agrees in good faith not to:
  
  • Question the validity of or object to this T&Cs;
  • Defend non-compliance or breach of obligations under this T&Cs; and/or
  • Declare this T&Cs are contrary to public policy or not a valid and binding legal obligation.
