1. Campaign Mechanics

1.1 Promo Code Requirement

• Users must enter promo code HONESTAPPLY during the registration process to be eligible for this campaign.
  
• Failure to input the promo code will result in ineligibility for any rewards under this campaign.
  

1.2 Customers Not Approved for Regular Honest Card (25k Bonus)

Customers will receive a 25k ShopeePay voucher if they:

• Successfully complete the Honest Card application during the campaign period; and
  
• Are:
  
  • Declined; or
    
  • Approved for an Honest Card product other than the Regular Honest Card, including users approved through the Registration Fee or Rp1 program.
    
    

1.3 Customers Approved for Regular Honest Card (75k Bonus)

Customers will receive a 75k ShopeePay voucher if they:

• Are approved for a Regular Honest Card during the campaign period; and
  
• Complete at least one transaction with a minimum amount of IDR 50,000 using the Honest Card within the campaign period.

1.4 Reward Exclusivity

• Customers are eligible to receive only one type of reward under this campaign.
  
• Customers who qualify for the 75k ShopeePay voucher will not receive the 25k ShopeePay voucher.
  
• Rewards are mutually exclusive and not cumulative.
  

1.5 Transaction Eligibility

• The qualifying transaction must be successfully posted within the campaign period.
  
• Only retail transactions are eligible. Cash withdrawals, fees, and other non-retail transactions are excluded.
  

1.6 Customer Eligibility Scenarios

• New users (no prior transaction): Eligible after completing the first qualifying transaction.
  
• Existing users (already transacted): Eligible after completing the next qualifying transaction during the campaign period.
  

1.7 Reward Fulfillment

• Bonuses will be provided in the form of ShopeePay vouchers.
  
• For customers who are approved for a Regular Honest Card and meet the eligibility criteria, the 75k ShopeePay voucher will be delivered to the phone number registered during the Honest Card application within 1 (one) to 30 (thirty) days after the approval date.
  
• For customers who qualify for the 25k ShopeePay voucher, the 25k ShopeePay voucher will be delivered to the phone number registered during the application within 1 (one) to 30 (thirty) days after the application decision date.
  
• Customers must ensure that the registered phone number is valid and active to receive the reward.
  
• Customers must maintain good account status at the time of reward fulfillment to remain eligible.

2. General Provisions

• This campaign applies only to Honest Card cardholders with good account status.
  
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash, unless otherwise stated.
  
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
  
• Users must access the campaign via the official marketing link or receive campaign communications to be eligible.
  
• All activities must be completed within the campaign period. Activities performed outside this period are not eligible.
  
• All incentives will be fulfilled within 30 days after the end of the campaign period, or at another time deemed appropriate by Honest.
  
• Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment of incentives are final and binding.
  
• To qualify, customers must complete the required actions as communicated through personalised marketing:
  
  • Customers with no prior transaction: eligible after completing the first transaction.
  • Customers with prior transactions: eligible after completing the next qualifying transaction.

3. Other Provisions

• Honest reserves the right to change the campaign mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
  
• In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and other campaign communications, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
  
• This campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  
• Honest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
  
• Customers should remain vigilant against fraudulent attempts by individuals claiming to represent Honest.
  
• Honest is not responsible for fraud or criminal activity committed by third parties impersonating the program.
  
• Never share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, or CVC with anyone.
  
• By participating in this campaign, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Electronic consent (e.g., clicking “Agree”) is legally binding.
  
• Customers agree in good faith not to:
  
  • Challenge the validity of these Terms & Conditions;
    
  • Defend non-compliance or breach of obligations; and/or
    
  • Claim that these Terms & Conditions are not legally binding or are contrary to public policy.
