Customers will receive a 25k ShopeePay voucher if they:
- Successfully complete the Honest Card application during the campaign period; and
- Are:
- Declined; or
- Approved for an Honest Card product other than the Regular Honest Card, including users approved through the Registration Fee or Rp1 program.
- Declined; or
1.3 Customers Approved for Regular Honest Card (75k Bonus)
Customers will receive a 75k ShopeePay voucher if they:
- Are approved for a Regular Honest Card during the campaign period; and
- Complete at least one transaction with a minimum amount of IDR 50,000 using the Honest Card within the campaign period.
1.4 Reward Exclusivity
- Customers are eligible to receive only one type of reward under this campaign.
- Customers who qualify for the 75k ShopeePay voucher will not receive the 25k ShopeePay voucher.
- Rewards are mutually exclusive and not cumulative.
1.5 Transaction Eligibility
- The qualifying transaction must be successfully posted within the campaign period.
- Only retail transactions are eligible. Cash withdrawals, fees, and other non-retail transactions are excluded.
1.6 Customer Eligibility Scenarios
- New users (no prior transaction): Eligible after completing the first qualifying transaction.
- Existing users (already transacted): Eligible after completing the next qualifying transaction during the campaign period.
1.7 Reward Fulfillment
- Bonuses will be provided in the form of ShopeePay vouchers.
- For customers who are approved for a Regular Honest Card and meet the eligibility criteria, the 75k ShopeePay voucher will be delivered to the phone number registered during the Honest Card application within 1 (one) to 30 (thirty) days after the approval date.
- For customers who qualify for the 25k ShopeePay voucher, the 25k ShopeePay voucher will be delivered to the phone number registered during the application within 1 (one) to 30 (thirty) days after the application decision date.
- Customers must ensure that the registered phone number is valid and active to receive the reward.
- Customers must maintain good account status at the time of reward fulfillment to remain eligible.
2. General Provisions
- This campaign applies only to Honest Card cardholders with good account status.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash, unless otherwise stated.
- Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
