1. General Provisions

1. The Honest World Cup 2026 Merchandise Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies (“Honest”).
2. By participating in this Campaign, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
3. Honest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Honest reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, suspicious transaction activity, or any activity deemed inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign.

2. Campaign Periods

• Honest reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to add, remove, amend, suspend, or modify any Round, including any qualifying criteria applicable thereto, at any time without prior notice.‍
• Campaign Phase:
  
  • Pre-World Cup Launch: 25 May – 10 June 2026
    
  • Group Stage: 11 June – 27 June 2026
  • Knockout Round: 28 June - 7 July 2026
  • Quarter & Semi Finals: 8 July - 15 July 2026
  • Final: 16 July – 31st July 2026
• Only eligible transactions completed during each respective Campaign Period will be counted toward that specific leaderboard phase.
• Each Campaign Phase will have:
  
  • a separate leaderboard which will be visible within the Honest app. Users can navigate to this screen by clicking on the Merchandise Campaign banner within the home screen. and
  • 30 (thirty) separate winners.

3. Eligibility

1. The Campaign is available exclusively to holders of valid and active Honest Card accounts whose accounts remain in good standing, as determined by Honest in its sole discretion.
2. Existing and new Honest customers are eligible to participate in the Campaign by conducting eligible transactions during the applicable Campaign Period.
3. Honest may promote the Campaign using promo code FWC26 across marketing and advertising channels for campaign tracking and promotional purposes.
4. Only eligible transactions completed (transaction must be settled by the merchant, as indicated by the transaction status in the customer's transaction history not being flagged as "Pending.") during the applicable Campaign Period will count toward the leaderboard.
5. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, each participant shall be limited to a maximum of 2 (two) wins for the entirety of the Campaign Period. Any additional wins, claims, or entitlements beyond this limit may, at the sole discretion of Honest, be deemed invalid, void, or disqualified, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Campaign.
6. Participants must not have overdue payment obligations or be otherwise classified as not in good standing under Honest’s applicable policies  from the Campaign period until they are announced as winners and the prizes have been delivered by the Company.
7. Employees of Honest and affiliated parties may be excluded from participation at Honest’s discretion.

4. Campaign Mechanic

1. For each Campaign Phase, merchandise rewards will be distributed to the top 30 users with the highest cumulative eligible transaction volume during the applicable Campaign Period.
2. Eligible merchandise rewards may include official FIFA World Cup 2026 merchandise such as:
   
   • Official jerseys
   • Official balls
   • Caps
   • Water bottles
   • Historical Ball Set Club
3. The merchandise referred to in point 2 is subject to availability, and prior notice will be given to the Customer in the event of any changes.
4. Merchandise rewards and prize tiers may vary between Campaign Phases.
5. As the FIFA World Cup tournament progresses, Honest may increase the value, exclusivity, or quantity of merchandise rewards available in later Campaign Phases.
6. The type of merchandise awarded will be determined solely by Honest based on stock availability and internal allocation.
7. Users who receive jersey merchandise rewards may be given the opportunity to select their preferred team and jersey size during the fulfilment process. However, team selection and size availability are not guaranteed and will be subject to stock availability and operational considerations.
8. Only transactions with a minimum transaction value of IDR 20,000 per transaction will be counted toward the Campaign leaderboard.
9. Honest reserves the right to exclude the following from eligible transaction calculations:
   
   • Reversed transactions
   • Refunded transactions
   • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
   • Cash withdrawals
   • Fees and charges
   • Any transactions deemed invalid by Honest
10. In the event of identical transaction volume totals between users, Honest reserves the right to determine ranking based on transaction timing or other internal considerations.

5. Winner Selection, Announcement & Notification

1. Winners for each Campaign Phase will be determined by Honest at its sole discretion based on the highest cumulative eligible transaction volume during the applicable Campaign Period. All calculations, assessments, and determinations made by Honest in connection with the Campaign, including the determination of eligible transactions and winners, shall be final and binding.
2. Winners will be contacted directly by authorized Honest Customer Service representatives via WhatsApp using the phone number registered to the Customer’s Honest account, through official Honest communication channels only.
3. Winners may be required to provide additional information for verification and fulfilment purposes, including:
   
   • Full name
   • Shipping address
   • Contact information
   • Preferred jersey team and size (if applicable)
4. Winners may also be announced:
   
   • within the World Cup Merchandise Campaign Leaderboard inside the Honest app; and/or
   • across Honest social media channels.
5. Any published winner information will have personally identifiable information (“PII”) masked for privacy and security purposes.
6. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to provide the requested information within the requested timeframe, Honest reserves the right to cancel the reward and allocate it to another eligible user.

6. Reward Fulfilment

1. Honest will arrange reward fulfilment after winner verification is completed.
2. The fulfilment process is targeted to be completed within 7 (seven) calendar days; provided, however, that such period may be reasonably extended subject to stock availability, shipping logistics, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
3. Honest is not responsible for delays caused by:
   
   • Incorrect address information
   • Courier issues
   • Force majeure events
   • External logistics delays
4. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

7. Social Content Bonus

1. Users who have received the Honest Visa FIFA World Cup 2026™ card and/or official merchandise reward through this Campaign are encouraged to create and share video content featuring the unboxing of the card and/or official merchandise reward.
2. Users who:
   
   • Follow @honestndo,
   • Upload an Instagram Story unboxing video of the card and/or merchandise received to Instagram;
   • Tag @honestindo, and
   • Ensure their Instagram account is not private during the verification period
   will be eligible to receive a IDR 50,000 voucher.
3. The voucher will be redeemable within Honest Rewards with options for several merchants, using the points with IDR 50,000 of value.
4. The fulfilment process is targeted to be completed within 7 (seven) calendar days; provided, however, that such period may be reasonably extended subject to stock availability, shipping logistics, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5. Honest reserves the right to determine whether the uploaded content qualifies for the bonus incentive.
6. By participating in this Campaign and uploading content related to the Campaign, users grant Honest permission to use, repost, edit, publish, distribute, and utilize the content for marketing and promotional purposes across all Honest marketing channels without additional compensation.

8. Privacy

1. By participating in the Campaign, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Honest for Campaign administration, verification, fulfilment, leaderboard publication, and marketing purposes.
2. Participants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as Honest’s Privacy Policy. By joining the Campaign, participants consent to such processing and confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

9. Miscellaneous

1. All Programs are open only to Honest Card cardholders in good standing.
2. Honest’s decisions regarding the Campaign, eligibility, leaderboard rankings, fulfilment, and reward allocation are final and binding.
3. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee receipt of merchandise rewards.
5. Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final and binding.
6. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
7. Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
8. Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
9. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C. Customers understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customers are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
   
   • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
   • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
   • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, valid, and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.
