What should I do if my QRIS transaction fails or my balance is debited?
Sometimes, QRIS payments can fail even though your balance has been debited. Common reasons for this include:
- Weak internet signal: An unstable internet connection can cause the transaction to fail.
- Insufficient credit limit: If your balance or credit limit is insufficient for the transaction, it may be declined.
- Blurred or unreadable QR code: A blurry or unclear QR code can cause the payment process to fail.
If your transaction fails but your balance has been debited, here's what you can do:
- Check payment status: Check the payment status in the Honest app to confirm if the transaction was successful or still pending.
- Save payment proof: If your balance was deducted, save the payment proof for reference.
