If your transaction fails after confirming in Honest app, it might be because:
- You took too long to approve the transaction and the transaction has timeout
- You attempted too many times without successfully confirming a transaction. We may have blocked your account for security reasons.

What to do if I didn't receive the push notification?
- Make sure push notifications are enabled for the Honest app in your device settings.
- Tap “Resend notification” on the merchant site.
