3. Which cards are eligible for this promo?
This promo is valid for all Visa Credit Cards issued by banks in Indonesia.
4. Where can I use this promo?
The promo applies to tap-to-ride transactions at MRT Jakarta gates. To participate, simply tap your Indonesia-issued Visa Credit Card at contactless-enabled entry and exit gates. Please note that contactless payment is currently available at one designated gate at each station. Look for the contactless payment symbol and ensure you tap at a contactless-enabled gate to qualify for the promo.
5. Do I need to register first?
No registration is required. Simply use your eligible Visa Credit Card to pay for your MRT trips during the promotional period.
6. How much cashback will I receive?
You will receive 50% cashback on eligible MRT fare transactions during the promotional period.
7. If I take multiple MRT trips in one day, will they all count?
Yes. If you take multiple MRT trips using the same eligible Visa Credit Card on the same day, the cashback will be calculated based on the total accumulated eligible MRT fare transactions for that day.
Example:
On September 10, 2026, you use the same Visa Credit Card for the following trips:
• Trip 1: Fare Rp3,000
• Trip 2: Fare Rp5,000
• Trip 3: Fare Rp14,000
• Total accumulated fare: Rp22,000
• Cashback: 50% × IDR 22,000 = IDR 11,000
Therefore, you will receive a cashback of IDR 11,000 for your MRT transaction on that day.
8. Can I use a Visa Debit Card?
No. Currently, only credit cards can be used for payments on the MRT Jakarta. Therefore, this promotion is only valid for Visa Credit Cards issued in Indonesia.
9. Can I use a Visa Credit Card issued outside of Indonesia?
No. Only Visa Credit Cards issued by banks in Indonesia are eligible for this promotion.
10. When will the cashback be received?
The cashback will be credited within 14 working days from the transaction date.
11. How can I check if the cashback has been received?
You can check for the cashback through the channels provided by your card-issuing bank, such as:
• Credit card statement
• Mobile banking application
• Transaction history provided by the issuing bank

12. I haven't received the cashback after 14 working days. What should I do?
