Special Offer Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in any Refund program (“Program”) offered by Honest. By participating, you agree to abide by these T&Cs. Honest reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any Program at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1. Campaign Period

• October 8, 2025 - October 31, 2025

2. Eligibility Requirements

• This offer is valid only for Honest customers who have been approved with Registration Fee.
• This offer is available exclusively to users who receive campaign communications directly from Honest through official marketing channels.
• This offer is only valid if the user completes the payment of the Registration Fee during the campaign period.

3. Refund Criteria

• Customers are entitled to receive full refund of the Registration Fee they are if all of the following criteria are met during the period 12 months:
  
  • Honest Card used at least once every month.
  • Customers pay the least minimum bill balance each month.
  • Deep fixed account good condition (good standing) throughout the campaign period.

4th. Refund Disbursement

• Refund of the Registration Fee will be provided as credit to the same Honest Card account.
• Refund disbursement will take place in due course 30 days after the criteria are met, or at a later date accordingly deemed appropriate by Honest.

General Provisions

• All Programs are only open to Honest Cardholders who are in good standing.
• Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless otherwise stated.
• Honest Points awarded under this Program may be exchanged through the Honest Points feature in accordance with its terms and conditions.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel a gift if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Users must click on marketing campaigns/receive communications links to earn incentives.
• Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use Platforms us, you agree to the update.
• Customers should beware of fraudulent attempts by individuals claiming to be Honest representatives. Any fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties or individuals purporting to represent the program is beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customer declares to have read and agreed to these T&Cs. By clicking “Agree” or another button of the same nature, the Customer gives an electronic consent that has the same strength as a wet signature so that no signing on paper is required. Customer agrees in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
  
  • Refuse or object to the validity of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs);
  • Defend any failure or breach of obligations by the Customer under these T&Cs; and/or
  • Declare that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or do not constitute a valid and binding legal obligation for Customer pursuant to its provisions.
• Completion of the activity must occur within the specified campaign period. Any action outside this period will not be eligible for campaign incentives.
• All incentives depend on the user making the first transaction of at least IDR 50,000, and apply to all campaigns.
• All campaign incentives will be satisfied within 30 days of the campaign period, or whenever Honest deems appropriate.
• The decision made by Honest regarding eligibility and disbursement is final and binding.
