2. Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to active Honest customers (“Referrer”) with accounts in good standing.
- A referral will be considered a “Successful Referral” if:
- The referred friend applies during the Campaign Period using the Referrer’s referral link/code;
- The friend is approved for an Honest Card (any type of Honest card: regular card, registration fee card, and Rp1 card)
- The friend completes at least one eligible transaction using their Honest Card.
- Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions will not qualify.
3. World Cup Card Reward
- Users who make a Successful Referral during the Campaign Period may become eligible to replace their existing Honest Card with a limited edition Honest World Cup Card (“World Cup Card”).
- Eligible users will automatically receive a WhatsApp notification:
- Congratulating them on their Successful Referral;
- Asking whether they would like to upgrade to the World Cup Card;
- Providing a call-to-action to connect with Customer Service or complete a confirmation process.
- If the user confirms their interest:
- Honest Customer Service will create a card replacement ticket;
- The user will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp and estimated delivery timeline.
- Standard card replacement procedures and logistics will apply.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on operational and logistics conditions.
- The World Cup Card:
- Is subject to availability;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
- Cannot be transferred to another user.
4. Bonus Reward – World Cup Water Bottle
- Users who achieve five (5) or more Successful Referrals during the Campaign Period may become eligible to receive an official World Cup Water Bottle (“Bonus Reward”).
- Honest aims to fulfill the Bonus Reward within seven (7) calendar days after eligibility verification, but fulfillment may take up to thirty (30) calendar days.
- Honest Customer Care may contact users to confirm delivery details, including shipping address and contact information.
- If the user cannot be contacted or does not provide the required information, Honest may cancel the Bonus Reward.
- The Bonus Reward:
- Is limited to one (1) per eligible user;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
