Get the exclusive limited edition FIFA World Cup 26™ card by inviting friends to apply for Honest Card and complete at least 1 transaction, plus an additional official FIFA tumbler if you successfully invite 5 more friends.

1. General

1. The “Referral World Cup Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies (“Honest”).
2. The Campaign runs from 1 June 2026 until 31 July 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
3. By participating in this Campaign, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Honest reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Campaign at any time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Honest’s decisions regarding the Campaign, eligibility, and rewards are final.

2. Eligibility

1. The Campaign is open to active Honest customers (“Referrer”) with accounts in good standing.
2. A referral will be considered a “Successful Referral” if:
   
   • The referred friend applies during the Campaign Period using the Referrer’s referral link/code;
   • The friend is approved for an Honest Card (any type of Honest card: regular card, registration fee card, and Rp1 card) 
   • The friend completes at least one eligible transaction using their Honest Card.
3. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions will not qualify.

3. World Cup Card Reward

1. Users who make a Successful Referral during the Campaign Period may become eligible to replace their existing Honest Card with a limited edition Honest World Cup Card (“World Cup Card”).
2. Eligible users will automatically receive a WhatsApp notification:
   
   • Congratulating them on their Successful Referral;
   • Asking whether they would like to upgrade to the World Cup Card;
   • Providing a call-to-action to connect with Customer Service or complete a confirmation process.
3. If the user confirms their interest:
   
   • Honest Customer Service will create a card replacement ticket;
   • The user will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp and estimated delivery timeline.
4. Standard card replacement procedures and logistics will apply.
5. Delivery timelines may vary depending on operational and logistics conditions.
6. The World Cup Card:
   
   • Is subject to availability;
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
   • Cannot be transferred to another user.

4. Bonus Reward – World Cup Water Bottle

1. Users who achieve five (5) or more Successful Referrals during the Campaign Period may become eligible to receive an official World Cup Water Bottle (“Bonus Reward”).
2. Honest aims to fulfill the Bonus Reward within seven (7) calendar days after eligibility verification, but fulfillment may take up to thirty (30) calendar days.
3. Honest Customer Care may contact users to confirm delivery details, including shipping address and contact information.
4. If the user cannot be contacted or does not provide the required information, Honest may cancel the Bonus Reward.
5. The Bonus Reward:
   
   • Is limited to one (1) per eligible user;
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
   • Cannot be transferred to another person;
   • Is subject to stock availability.
6. Honest reserves the right to replace the Bonus Reward with an item of similar value if necessary.

5. Fraud Prevention

1. Honest reserves the right to disqualify users suspected of:
   
   • Fraudulent activity;
   • Referral abuse;
   • Self-referrals;
   • Fake or duplicate accounts;
   • Transaction manipulation;
   • Violations of applicable laws or Honest policies.
2. Honest may withhold, cancel, or revoke rewards if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Privacy

1. By participating in the Campaign, users agree that Honest may collect and process personal data for:
   
   • Campaign administration;
   • Eligibility verification;
   • Reward fulfillment;
   • Customer communication;
   • Fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Honest’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

7. Miscellaneous

1. All Programs are open only to Honest Card cardholders in good standing.
2. Participation in this Campaign does not change the user’s obligations under existing Honest product Terms & Conditions.
3. Honest is not responsible for delays or failures caused by technical issues, logistics providers, third parties, or circumstances outside of Honest’s reasonable control.
4. If there is any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
5. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee receipt of merchandise rewards.
7. Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final and binding.
8. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
10. Winners must video the unboxing of their merchandise if they are to make any claim of damaged or faulty items. Winners must record a complete unboxing video of the merchandise as a condition for submitting any claim for damaged or defective items. Failure to provide such video evidence may result in the claim being rejected by Honest.
11. Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
12. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C. Customers understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customers are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
    
    • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
    • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
    • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, valid, and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.
