How to get the promo:

• Simply refer 4 friends to apply for the Honest Card.
• Make sure each one is approved and perform first transaction min. Rp50,000 during the period.
• Once eligible, you are entitled to Samsung Galaxy A06 for free (limited stock, first come, first served).
• Any friend you successfully refer will also receive bonus  Rp50,000.
• Prizes and bonuses will be sent a maximum of 30 days after the end of the campaign.
• By participating, you agree to all of Honest's T&Cs, privacy policies, and fraud prevention provisions.

1. General Terms:

• This “Referrals Phone Giveaway Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is organized by Honest (the “Organizer”).
• By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the decision of the Organizer.
• All Programs apply only to major Honest Card holders whose account status is in good condition.

2. Eligibility:

• You must refer at least four (4) friends who:
  
  • Successfully applied for Honest Card or Reg Fee (Rp1 not included).
  • Approved for Honest Card or Reg Fee.
  • Make the first transaction with a minimum of IDR 50,000 during the campaign period.
• Only referrals that meet all of the above conditions will count towards your total referrals.

‍3. Campaign Period:

• The campaign runs from 8-31 December, 2025.
• Referrals made after the period ends will not count for eligibility.

‍4th. How to Participate:

• To participate, you must refer four (4) friends to apply for an Honest Card or Reg Fee (Rp1 not included).
• Referrals must be completed within the campaign period.
• Each referred friend must be approved for an Honest Card or Reg Fee, and complete the first transaction of at least IDR 50,000 during the campaign period for the referral to count.

‍5. Prizes:

• You who successfully refer four (4) friends who meet all the requirements will be eligible to win one Samsung Galaxy A06 unit (“Prize”).
• Rewards will be delivered within thirty (30) days after the end of the Campaign, or sooner depending on availability and logistical processes.
• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.

‍6. Referral Bonus:

• Every friend who is referred and successfully signs up for an Honest Card or Reg Fee, is approved, and makes a first transaction of at least IDR 50,000 during the campaign period, will receive a bonus of IDR 50,000.
• Bonuses will be credited to the friend's Honest account within thirty (30) days after the Promotion ends.

‍7. Disqualification:

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Participants are prohibited from using multiple accounts or fraudulent methods to gain Prize eligibility.

‍8. Privacy:

• By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the use of personal data by the Organizer for purposes related to the Campaign.
• The organizer will process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

‍9th. Miscellaneous:

• Prizes are limited and will be given only while supplies are still in place. If the number of eligible participants exceeds the number of prizes available, the Organizer has the absolute right to determine the recipient based on the principle of “first come, first served”. No additional reward or compensation of any kind will be given under any circumstances.
• The Organizer's decision is final for all matters relating to the Campaign.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanism, eligibility criteria and rewards at any time.
• Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you are deemed to agree to such updates.
• You should beware of fraudulent attempts by those who say Honest. Any form of fraud or criminal activity by third parties is beyond Honest's control. Never share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• You claim to have read this T&C. By clicking “Agree” or a similar button, you grant an electronic consent that has the same legal force as a wet signature, without the need for a physical signature.
• You agree in good faith that you will not (and will not allow/ assist the other party to):
  
  • Refuse the validity or raise objections to the T&C;
  • Defend non-compliance or breach of obligations under the T&Cs; and/or
  • Declare that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or are not binding legal obligations.

‍10. Fraud Prevention & Legal Approval:

• You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to referral manipulation or double entry. Violation will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited.
