These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Indosat x Honest Welcome Bonus Offer (“Program”) offered by Honest. By participating, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Program if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

Eligibility

This offer is applicable only to users who meet all of the following criteria:

1. Receive official marketing communication from Indosat and Honest that specifically mentions the Rp50,000 Welcome Bonus.
2. Apply for Honest Card or Registration Fee through the designated campaign link provided in the communication.
3. Are approved for Honest Card or Registration Fee during the campaign period.
   
   

This offer is not applicable to Rp1 customers.

What You Need to Know

If you meet all eligibility criteria, you will receive a Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) Welcome Bonus, which will be credited to your Honest Card account. The bonus can be used for future transactions with your Honest Card.

When Will the Bonus Be Credited?

• Honest will credit the Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) Welcome Bonus within 30 (thirty) days after the campaign ends.
• The bonus fulfillment timeline may take longer at Honest’s discretion.

• If any inconsistency arises between these T&Cs and other Program communications, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• The Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you accept such updates.
• Customers must stay vigilant against fraud attempts. Do not share sensitive information like your card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, or CVC with anyone.
• By clicking "Agree" or any similar button, customers provide electronic consent equivalent to a physical signature.
• Customers have read these T&C. Customers understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customers are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction: 
  
  • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
  • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
  • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, legal and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.
