General provisions

• All Programs are open only to Honest Card primary cardholders in good standing.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless otherwise stated.
• Honest Points awarded under these Programs can be redeemed through the Honest Points Program in accordance with its terms.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Users must click on the marketing campaign link / receive the communication in order to receive the incentive.
• Completion of activities must occur within the specified campaign period, any actions that fall outside of this period, will not be eligible for the campaign incentive. Please see specific incentive sections below for further details. 
• All incentives are dependent on the user making a first transaction of minimum Rp50k, and applies to all campaigns.
• All campaign incentives shall be fulfilled within 30 days of the campaign period, or whenever deemed appropriate by Honest.
• Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final and binding.
• At this stage, these incentives are only eligible for customers who are approved for Honest Card and does not include users approved via Registration Fee or Rp1 offers. There is one exception for this relating to the Referral program whereby users are eligible to 500 Points as a Welcome Bonus each for Referrer and Friend, if Referred Friend is approved for Rp1 and tops up their account, or if they’re approved for Registration Fee and pay the fee. This Welcome Bonus as Points can multiply dependent on the number of Friends the Referrer successfully refers. 
• To qualify for these incentives, customers may complete the following actions to be eligible for the promotion. This is however not guaranteed, and is based on the personalised marketing communication a user receives:
  
  • For users who have not made a first transaction - user may be eligible for incentives upon making a first transaction.
  • For customers who have previously made a transaction - user may be eligible for incentives upon making further transactions
  • Referral campaigns - Referrer and Friend may be eligible for incentives upon a successful Referral, and the Friend going on to make a first transaction. 
  • Salvage program - user may be eligible for an incentive following approval and making a first transaction
• Definitions of terms:
  
  • Referrer / Friend: This program offers a points reward to existing customers ("Referrers") who successfully refer other individuals ("Friend") who do not yet have an Honest Credit Card, to apply for an Honest Credit Card online using a special referral code provided by Honest.
  • First Transaction: The first transaction refers to the initial transaction performed by the Customer using the Honest Card after the card has been activated.

Increase in credit limit

• Customers are eligible for a permanent credit limit increase upon receiving targeted marketing communications and performing certain actions as outlined in the General Provisions
• Only customers who completed at least one repayment cycle are eligible for a permanent limit increase.
• Only customers satisfying regulatory compliance criteria for a limit increase are eligible for this incentive.
• Limit increases are subject to Honest’s internal review and regulatory compliance and may vary per customer.
• Limit increases driven by incentive programs to be capped at 3 (three) times per customer .
• Limit increase will be implemented within 30 (thirty) days of user completing required action
• Limit increase incentive is based on users current limit band, please see these outlined below:
  
  • Limit < Rp2M = Rp200K increase
  • Limit Rp2M - Rp10M = Rp500K increase
  • Limitu >Rp10M = Rp1M increase

10,000 Honest Points bonus

• Eligible customers will earn 10,000 Honest Points worth IDR 100,000.
• This offer is valid only once for each customer.

Referral bonus

• For Referrers: Permanent limit increase for successful referral (capped at 3 during campaign period)
  
• For Friends: Honest Points Bonus worth IDR 100,000.

Other provisions

• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is any inconsistency between these T&Cs and communications relating to a Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• The Programs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates. 
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or other criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customer have read these T&C. Customer understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customer are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction: 
  
  • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
  • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
  • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, legal and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.
