General provisions

• All Programs apply only to Honest Card primary cardholders who have good account status.
• Gifts cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cashed, unless otherwise stated.
• Honest Points awarded in this program can be redeemed through the Honest Points Program in accordance with its terms and conditions.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel a gift if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• The user must click on the link marketing campaign or receive communications sent in order to receive incentives.
• All activities must be completed in marketing campaign predetermined. Activities performed outside this period will not be eligible for incentives. More details can be seen in the specific incentives section below.
• All incentives are given after the user makes the first transaction with a minimum of IDR 50,000, and this applies to all campaigni.
• All incentives campaigni will be fulfilled within 30 days of the end of the campaign period, or at any other time deemed appropriate by Honest.
• Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment of incentives are final and binding.
• At this stage, the incentive only applies to customers approved for the Honest Card and does not include users approved through the Registration Fee or the Rp1 program. There is one exception related to the program Referrals, where either the referencing party (Referrer) or the referred party (Friend) is entitled to 500 Points as Welcome Bonus. This applies if the referred friend is approved for the Rp1 program and tops up the account, or if they are approved for the Registration Fee and pay the fee. Welcome Bonus in the form of this point can be doubled depending on the number of friends that are successfully referenced.
• To qualify, the customer may perform the following actions to fulfill the eligibility of the promotion. However, this is not guaranteed and depends on the personal marketing communications received by the user:
  
  • For Users Who Have Never Made a First Transaction: Users may be eligible for incentives after making the first transaction.
  • For Customers Who Have Already Transacted: Users may be eligible for incentives after making their next transaction.
  • Referral Campaign: The referring party and the referenced friend may be eligible for incentives after Referrals successfully, and the friend made the first transaction.
  • Program Salvage: Users may be eligible for incentives after being approved and making the first transaction.
• Term Definition:
  
  • Referrer/ Themes: The program offers rewards in the form of points to existing customers (“Referrers”) who successfully refer another individual (“Friends”) who do not already have an Honest Credit Card, to apply for an Honest Credit Card online using a special referral code provided by Honest.
  • First Transaction: Refers to the initial transaction made by the customer using the Honest Card after the card is activated.

Honest Point multiplier bonus

• Customers can earn additional Honest Points through multiplied bonuses, such as x2, x3, x4, or x5 points, depending on the promotion currently in effect.
• In general, this multiplied bonus applies to certain campaign periods, for example the 9/9 promotion, where your spending is eligible for a bonus multiplied during the campaign period, which is September 3-17.
• These multiplied bonuses are only applied to qualifying transactions and are calculated on top of the Honest base points you earn.
• Bonus Multiply from Referral Program
  
  • When a customer (“Referrer”) successfully refers a friend who has activated the Honest Card and makes a transaction of at least IDR 50,000, both Referrer and Friend will receive an additional bonus multiplied on the Honest Points they earn from the transaction during the campaign period.
    
    • Example: A Referrer earns 10,000 points from a transaction in September. The campaign will award an additional 10,000 points for each Friend successfully referenced.
  • Each successful referral will provide a multiplied bonus level increase (for example, if the prevailing promotion is x2, one new successful referral can increase the reward to x3 only for the Referrer. Whereas Friends will only get a bonus multiplied by a maximum of x2 of the points they earn).
    
    • Example: A Referrer references Friend A and successfully completes the mission. In the same period, Referrer referenced Friend B and also successfully completed the mission. During this period, the Referrer earns 15,000 points from the transaction. For successfully referring 2 friends, the Referrer gets an additional bonus of 15,000 x 2 = 30,000 points. Thus, the total points received by the Referrer during this period is 45,000 points.
    • Example: Friend A is referenced by Referrer. Friend A earned 10,200 points from transactions during this period. The campaign will award an additional 10,200 points to Friend A (instead of 20,400 points).
  • The multiplied bonus will apply to all expenses made throughout the month after the successful referral. For example, if a Referrer refers a friend in September, the multiplied bonus will apply to all qualifying transactions in October.
  • Some referrals can increase the bonus level multiplied, but the total reward is limited according to the credit limit available to the customer.
  • Honest reserves the right not to include canceled transactions or refunds in the calculation of bonus points.
• The maximum amount of bonus Honest Points that can be earned by Referrer or Friends are restricted according to their credit limit.
  
  • Example: If the Referrer's credit limit is IDR 100,000, the maximum bonus amount that can be received is IDR 100,000.
• Limitations and Exclusions
  
  • These multiplier bonuses are limited based on user limits. Overpayment (sobre pagamentos) don't qualify. Example: If the user limit is IDR 100,000, the bonus multiplied by x5 will result in maximum points worth IDR 5,000. The conversion value of points is subject to change at any time in accordance with Honest's policy.
  • Bonus multiplied by referrals limited to 4 times during the campaign period.
• The program will last for 1 month unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Referral

• For Referrers: 1 successful Referral = 2x, x3, x4, x5 - Honest points multiplier increase (e.g. from 1% to 2% Cashback), for 1 month
• For Friends: 2x Honest Point Bonus

Other provisions

• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is any inconsistency between these T&Cs and communications relating to a Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• The Programs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates. 
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or other criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customer have read these T&C. Customer understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customer are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction: 
  
  • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
  • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
  • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, legal and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.
