General provisions
- All Programs apply only to Honest Card primary cardholders who have good account status.
- Gifts cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cashed, unless otherwise stated.
- Honest Points awarded in this program can be redeemed through the Honest Points Program in accordance with its terms and conditions.
- Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel a gift if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
- The user must click on the link marketing campaign or receive communications sent in order to receive incentives.
- All activities must be completed in marketing campaign predetermined. Activities performed outside this period will not be eligible for incentives. More details can be seen in the specific incentives section below.
- All incentives are given after the user makes the first transaction with a minimum of IDR 50,000, and this applies to all campaigni.
- All incentives campaigni will be fulfilled within 30 days of the end of the campaign period, or at any other time deemed appropriate by Honest.
- Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment of incentives are final and binding.
- At this stage, the incentive only applies to customers approved for the Honest Card and does not include users approved through the Registration Fee or the Rp1 program.
- To qualify, the customer may perform the following actions to fulfill the eligibility of the promotion. However, this is not guaranteed and depends on the personal marketing communications received by the user:
- For Users Who Have Never Made a First Transaction: Users may be eligible for incentives after making the first transaction.
- For Customers Who Have Already Transacted: Users may be eligible for incentives after making their next transaction.
- Referral Campaign: The referring party and the referenced friend may be eligible for incentives after Referrals successfully, and the friend made the first transaction.
- Program Salvage: Users may be eligible for incentives after being approved and making the first transaction.
- Term Definition:
- Referrer/ Themes: The program offers rewards in the form of points to existing customers (“Referrers”) who successfully refer another individual (“Friends”) who do not already have an Honest Credit Card, to apply for an Honest Credit Card online using a special referral code provided by Honest.
- First Transaction: Refers to the initial transaction made by the customer using the Honest Card after the card is activated.
Increase in credit limit
- Customers are entitled to a permanent credit limit increase upon receipt of targeted marketing communications and performing certain actions as specified in the General Conditions.
- Only customers who have completed at least one payment cycle are eligible for a permanent limit increase.
- Only customers who meet the regulatory compliance criteria for limit increases are eligible for this incentive.
- Limit increases are subject to Honest's internal review and regulatory compliance and may vary for each customer.
- Limit increases driven by incentive programs are limited to 3 (three) times per customer.
- The limit increase will be applied within 30 (thirty) days after the customer completes the required action.
- The limit increase incentive is based on the current limit group. Please see the details below:
- Limit < IDR 2 million = Increase of IDR 200 thousand
- Limit of IDR 2 million - IDR 10 million = Increase of IDR 500 thousand
- Limit >IDR 10 million = Increase of IDR 1 million
Other provisions
- Honest reserves the right to change the mechanism, eligibility criteria and rewards at any time.
- If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and other communications related to the Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
- These programs are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
- Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you are deemed to agree to such updates.
- Customers should beware of fraudulent attempts from individuals claiming to be Honest representatives.
- Fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties or individuals purporting to represent the program is beyond Honest's control.
- Never share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
- Customers have read these Terms & Conditions. Customers understand that by clicking the “Agree” button or other similar button, you are giving electronic consent that has the equivalent legal force of a wet signature, so no signatures on paper are required.
- Customer agrees in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
- Questioning the validity of or objecting to these T&Cs;
- Defend non-compliance or breach of your obligations under these T&Cs; and/or
- Declare that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or are not a valid and binding legal obligation for you that can be applied in accordance with its provisions.
