How to get the promo at Sociolla:

1. For new users
   • Apply for an Honest credit card via the Honest app.
   • You must enter the promo code:SOCIOLLA150during the application process.
   • Once approved, use your Honest Card or QRIS via the Honest app for transactions at Sociolla outlets.
   • For QRIS Honest transactions, the cashback must be claimed on the Promo page in the Honest App before making the transaction.
   • For your first transaction only, enjoy IDR 150,000 cashback on a minimum spend of IDR 150,000.
   • Cashback will be processed and fulfilled within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the user meets the eligibility criteria.
   • The promo is valid for 30 days from approval and does not apply if approved for a credit card with an initial limit of IDR 1.
2. For existing users
   • Already have an Honest Card? You can still save!
   • Get a discount of IDR 50,000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 250,000.
   • Valid for transactions made on the Sociolla website or the SOCO app.
   • The discount is limited to the first 100 people each month during the period.
   • The discount is applied automatically at checkout (checkout) and is not valid for transactions at Sociolla stores.

‍Honest and Sociolla Promo Program, New User Acquisition and Existing User Engagement Offers(hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is a cashback and discount program organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies (“Honest”). Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Program if any fraudulent activity, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

Program Period

October 19, 2026 to January 31, 2027 (“Campaign Period”)

Program Mechanism

Program 1 – IDR 150,000 Cashback for New Users

• Valid for New Users who have applied for and been approved for an Honest Card during the campaign period, and have entered the promo code "SOCIOLLA150"during the application process.
• Eligible New Users will receive a one-time cashback one-time of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) for a single transaction of at least IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) at any Sociolla outlet throughout Indonesia, paid using an Honest Card (Credit Card) or QRIS via the Honest App.
• The cashback is valid for transactions made within 30 (thirty) days from the date the New User's Honest Card application is approved.

Program 2 — IDR 50,000 Discount for Existing Users

• Valid for all Existing Users who have applied for and been approved for an Honest Card before the campaign period.
• Eligible Existing Users will receive a discount of one-time of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) for a single transaction of at least IDR 250,000 paid using an Honest Card on the Sociolla website or the SOCO app.
• Limited discount for the first 100 (one hundred) eligible Existing Users each calendar month during the campaign period, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the monthly quota is reached, the discount will no longer be available until the following month.
• The discount is applied automatically at checkout and is not valid for transactions at Sociolla physical stores.

Applicable to both programs

• Cashback for transactions made via the Honest app must be claimed on the Promo page within the Honest App.
• Program 1 and Program 2 cannot be combined with other promotional programs.
• If a user qualifies for more than one promotion, Honest will only provide the first promotion for which the user qualifies.

Cashback Process & Disbursement

• Eligibility validation and cashback disbursement are handled entirely by Honest based on valid transaction and account data.
• For Honest QRIS transactions, cashback must be claimed on the Promo page in the Honest app before making the transaction.
• Honest aims to fulfill cashback within 7 (seven) days after the user meets the eligibility criteria. The fulfillment process may take longer at Honest's discretion, though Honest will endeavor to issue the cashback sooner.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or withdraw cashback if any fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Honest will not provide cashback if the user cancels their transaction at Sociolla or if the transaction is not authorized.
• Cashback is only provided for valid transactions made using an Honest Card or QRIS within the Honest App at all Sociolla outlets during the campaign period, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or withdraw the discount if any fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

Eligibility

• This program is open to Honest Card users who meet the criteria for each sub-program (New Users and Existing Users) as set out in the section Program Mechanism. Participants must be primary Honest Card holders in good standing (not frozen or suspended).
• New Users: users who apply for and are approved for an Honest Card during the campaign period, and register using the promo code SOCIOLLA150during the application process.
• Existing Users: users who have applied for and were approved for an Honest Card before the campaign period, and use their Honest Card to make payments on the Sociolla website or SOCO app.
• This program is only valid for users of the Honest Card or Registration Fee, and does not apply to users of Rp1 products.
• Participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and have provided consent for the use of their personal data in accordance with Honest Privacy Policy.

General Terms

These general terms apply to all Honest programs and remain unchanged for each program.

2. Honest is a financing company licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
3. Honest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with commercially reasonable efforts to provide prior notice, to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Honest reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the Program or applicable laws.

2. Promotion & Regulatory Compliance

All promotional materials are subject to these Terms & Conditions and state that Honest is a licensed institution regulated by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

3. Privacy

1. By participating in this Program, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Honest for Program administration, verification, prize delivery, and marketing purposes.
2. Participant personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as Honest's Privacy Policy. By joining the Program, participants consent to such processing and confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Complaint Handling Mechanism

2. Honest's decisions on all aspects of the Program's implementation, including but not limited to determining participant eligibility, draw results, and prize distribution, are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

5. Miscellaneous

1. Honest's decisions regarding the Program and participant eligibility are final and binding. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this Program does not guarantee winning a prize.
2. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Honest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; by continuing to participate, you agree to such updates.
3. Customers should be wary of fraud attempts by individuals claiming to be Honest representatives. Any fraudulent or criminal activity committed by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this Program is beyond Honest's control. Never share personal data such as card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, OTPs, or CVC numbers with anyone.
4. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in both Indonesian and English. Both versions are equally valid; however, in the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail, and the English version shall be deemed automatically amended to conform to the Indonesian version.
5. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. By participating in this Program or clicking the "Agree" button or any similar button, Customers provide electronic consent that has the same legal force as a wet signature.
