How to get the Hokben snack promo:

1. For new users
   • Apply for an Honest credit card via the Honest app (available on the Play Store).
   • You must enter the promo code: HOKBEN1000 during the application process.
   • Once approved, use your Honest Card (Credit Card) or QRIS within the Honest app to pay for transactions at participating Hokben outlets during the campaign period (October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026).
   • For transactions using Honest QRIS, the cashback must be claimed first on the Promo page in the Honest app before making the transaction.
   • Enjoy cashback of IDR 137,000 by making a minimum transaction of IDR 138,000 (equivalent to 2 Premium Beef Sets).
   • Cashback will be processed and fulfilled within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the user meets the eligibility criteria.
   • The promo does not apply if you are approved for a credit card with an initial limit of IDR 1.
2. For existing users
   • Already have an Honest Card? Keep saving every month!
   • Get cashback of IDR 20,000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000.
   • Valid for up to two times per month per user during the Campaign Period.
   • Simply pay using your Honest Card at any Hokben outlet, no promo code required.
   • For transactions using Honest QRIS, the cashback must be claimed first on the Promo page in the Honest app before making the transaction.
   • Cashback will be fulfilled within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after meeting the requirements.

‍Honest Promo Program and Hokben, New User Acquisition and Existing User Engagement Offer” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is a cashback program organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies (“Honest”). 

Program Period: October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026

Program Mechanism

Program 1 – IDR 137,000 Cashback for New Users

• Valid for New Users who have applied for and been approved for an Honest Card during the campaign period, and who enter the promo code "HOKBEN1000" during the application process.
• Eligible New Users will receive a one-time cashback of IDR 137,000 (one hundred thirty-seven thousand Rupiah) for a minimum transaction of IDR 138,000 (equivalent to 2 Premium Beef Sets) paid using an Honest Card (Credit Card) or QRIS via the Honest App at participating Hokben outlets.

Program 2 — IDR 20,000 Cashback for Existing Users

• Applicable to all Existing Users who have applied for and been approved for an Honest Card outside of the campaign period.
• Cashback of IDR 20,000 (twenty thousand Rupiah) for a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000, awarded once (1) per user per month during the campaign period for payments made using an Honest Card at Hokben outlets.

Applicable to both programs

• For transactions using the Honest app, cashback must be claimed beforehand on the Promo page
• Both programs cannot be combined with other promotional programs.
• Honest will provide promotional benefits to users based on the first promotion for which the user qualifies.

Cashback Process & Disbursement

• Eligibility validation and cashback disbursement are handled entirely by Honest based on valid transaction and account data.
• For Honest QRIS transactions, cashback must be claimed on the Promo page in the Honest app before making the transaction
• Honest aims to fulfill cashback within 7 (seven) days after the user meets the eligibility criteria. The fulfillment process may take longer at Honest's discretion, though Honest will strive to issue cashback sooner.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or withdraw cashback if any fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Honest will not provide cashback if the user cancels their transaction at Hokben or if the transaction is not authorized.
• Cashback is provided for valid transactions made using an Honest Card or QRIS within the Honest App at participating Hokben outlets during the campaign period, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• This program is open to Honest Card users who meet the criteria for each respective sub-program (New Users and Existing Users) as set out in the Campaign Mechanismsection. Participants must be primary Honest Card holders in good standing (not frozen or suspended).
• New Users: users who apply for and are approved for an Honest Card during the campaign period, and register using the promo code HOKBEN1000 during the application process.
• Existing Users: users who have applied for and been approved for an Honest Card outside of the campaign period, and use their Honest Card to make payments at Hokben.
• This offer is only valid for users of the Honest Card or Registration Feeproduct, and is not valid for users of the Rp1product.
• Participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and have provided consent for the use of their personal data in accordance with the Honest Privacy Policy.

General Terms

These general terms apply to all Honest programs and remain unchanged for each program.

1. By participating in this Program, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
2. Honest is a financing company licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
3. Honest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with commercially reasonable efforts to provide prior notice, to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Honest reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the Program or applicable laws.

2. Promotion & Regulatory Compliance

All promotional materials refer to these Terms & Conditions and state that Honest is an institution licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

3. Privacy

1. By participating in this Program, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Honest for Program administration, verification, prize delivery, and marketing purposes.
2. Participant personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as Honest's Privacy Policy. By joining the Program, participants consent to such processing and confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Complaint Handling Mechanism

2. Honest's decisions on all aspects of the Program's implementation, including but not limited to determining participant eligibility, draw results, and prize distribution, are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

5. Miscellaneous

1. Honest's decisions regarding the Program and participant eligibility are final and binding. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this Program does not guarantee winning a prize.
2. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Honest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; by continuing to participate, you agree to such updates.
3. Customers should be wary of fraud attempts by individuals claiming to be Honest representatives. Any fraudulent or criminal activity committed by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this Program is beyond Honest's control. Never share personal data such as card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, OTPs, or CVC numbers with anyone.
4. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in both Indonesian and English. Both versions are equally valid; however, in the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail, and the English version shall be deemed automatically amended to conform to the Indonesian version.
5. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. By participating in this Program or clicking the “Agree” button or any similar button, Customers provide electronic consent that has the same legal force as a wet-ink signature.
