These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in GreenSM New Customer Acquisition Offer programs (“Programs”) offered by Honest. By Participating, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Program if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

Eligibility

• The offer applies only to users with Honest Card and Registration Fee products.
• This offer is not applicable to Rp1 customers.

What You Need to Know

• If you're eligible, you will receive Rp75,000 in cashback to cover x3 rides with GreenSM when you:
  
  1. Open an account during the campaign period.
  2. Use your Honest Card to pay for a GreenSM taxi ride during the campaign period.
• The cashback reward will be credited to your Honest Card account and can be used for any future spending.

How the Cashback Works

• To qualify, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required actions (account opening and Honest Card as GreenSM taxi payment) during the campaign period.
• The cashback will be credited to your account and can be used for future transactions once the eligibility conditions are met according to our discretion.

When Will the Cashback Happen?

• Honest aims to fulfill the cashback within 7 days of meeting the eligibility criteria.
• The fulfillment process may take longer, at Honest's discretion.

Important Notes

• Honest reserves the right to adjust, extend, or cancel this initiative at any time.
• Regular terms and conditions for Honest Card still apply.
• To qualify, you must make the required GreenSM taxi payment using your Honest Card during the campaign period.

Privacy

• By participating in this initiative, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with Honest's Privacy Policy.

Miscellaneous

• All Programs are open only to Honest Card primary cardholders in good standing.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless otherwise stated.
• Customers can not use this offer in conjunction with other Honest promotions. 
• Honest will payout the user based on the first promotion they’re eligible to receive. 
• Honest will not payout if a user cancels their ride with GreenSM and the transaction is not authorised. 
• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is any inconsistency between these T&Cs and communications relating to this Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• The Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or other criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customers have read these T&Cs. By clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, customers are giving electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature, eliminating the need for paper signing.
• Customers agree in good faith that they will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
  
  1. Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&Cs;
  2. Defend customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&Cs; and/or
  3. Declare that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or are not a legal and binding obligation on them that may be imposed in accordance with its provisions.

5. When will the cashback be received?
   Cashback will be sent a maximum of 7 days after you meet all the conditions. Sometimes it can take a little longer depending on the process, but it definitely ships!

6. Where will the IDR 75,000 cashback be sent?
   Cashback will go directly to the Honest account. Check the Honest app homepage at Last Transaction, and you can use that cashback for your next purchase.

7. Can this promo be combined with other promos?

8. Why is my cashback not in yet?
   If the cashback hasn't arrived, make sure you:
   ✅ Approved by Honest between November 17, 2025 — February 16, 2026. (This promo is not valid for users who get credit limit of Rp1)
   ✅ Already made transactions using Honest Card when taking GreenSM taxi

   If both requirement met but the cashback has not arrived after 7 days, contact us via the “Chat with us" feature so that it can be checked further by the Honest team.

9. Is there a minimum transaction to be able to get cashback?
   There is no minimum transaction to get Rp75,000 cashback from Honest!
   As long as you are approved by Honest and paid using Honest from November 17, 2025 to February 16, 2026, you are already eligible.

10. What if the trip is canceled?
    If the transaction at GreenSM is canceled or refunded, then you will not get cashback.

11. How to know that the cashback is already in?
    You will be notified in the Honest app once the cashback is in.
    Make sure notifications in your Honest app are always on.
