How do I get the promo?
To get the promo for your next movie at CGV:
- Open an Honest account during the promo period if you don't have one yet
- Pay for your CGV tickets using your Honest credit card during the promo period and/or within 14 days of approval for new users
When will the voucher be received?
The voucher will be sent as a unique code via WhatsApp to the phone number linked to your Honest account, within 7 (seven) business days after your Honest Card is approved.
When will the cashback be received?
Cashback will be credited to your Honest account within a maximum of 7 days after you meet all the requirements. It might occasionally take a little longer depending on the process, but it will definitely be sent! Check the "Latest Transactions" section on your Honest app home screen, and you can use the cashback for your next purchase.
Can this promo be combined with other promotions?
No, currently the #DitraktirHonest x CGV promo cannot be combined with other promotions.
What if the promo hasn't been applied?
If the cashback hasn't been received, please ensure that you:
✅ Have been approved by Honest within the promo period. (This promo does not apply to users who received a credit limit of IDR 1)
✅ Have made a transaction using your Honest credit card for your CGV ticket purchase within 14 days of approval and during the campaign period.
If you have done both and the promo still hasn't been applied after 7 days, you can contact Honest Care so that the Honest team can check it for you.
Is there a minimum transaction required to get the promo?
There is no minimum transaction required to get the promo from Honest!
As long as you are approved and pay using Honest during the promo period, you are eligible.
What if the transaction is cancelled?
If your transaction at CGV is cancelled or refunded, you will not receive the cashback.
How will I know if the cashback has been received?
