When will the cashback be received?
The cashback will be sent a maximum of 7 days after you meet all the requirements. Sometimes it might take a little longer depending on the process, but it will definitely be sent!
Where will the cashback be sent?
The cashback will be credited directly to your Honest account. Check the Honest app's homepage under “Latest Transactions,” and you can use that cashback for your next purchases.
Can this promo be combined with other promos?
No, currently the #DitraktirHonest x CGV promo cannot be combined with other promotions.
What if the cashback has not been credited?
If the cashback has not been credited, please ensure you:
- ✅ Were approved by Honest between November 24, 2025 – February 28, 2026. (This promo does not apply to users who received a credit limit of IDR 1).
- ✅ Have made a transaction using your Honest credit card for a CGV ticket purchase.
If both conditions are met, but the cashback still hasn't been credited after 7 days, you can contact Honest Care so the Honest team can check it further.
Is there a minimum transaction to get cashback?
There is no minimum transaction to get cashback from Honest!
As long as you are approved and pay using Honest during the period of November 24, 2025 – February 28, 2026, you are eligible.
What if the transaction is canceled?
If the transaction at CGV is canceled or refunded, you will not receive the cashback.
How will I know that the cashback has been credited?
You will receive a notification in the Honest app as soon as the cashback has been credited.
