1. Program mechanism

• ‍Campaign Period: 20 July - 31 August 2026.‍
• Prize: 1 (one) Golden Card — a special-edition physical card in gold with an exclusive FIFA World Cup 2026™ design, carrying a balance of Rp.100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah), issued in the winner's name as a replacement of the winner's active Honest credit card. The new card is a limited-edition collectible (1 of 1), not mass-produced.‍
• Draw Date: 9 September 2026 — time and location announced publicly at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days beforehand.‍
• Who Can Join
  
  • Automatic - All holders of valid, active Honest Visa FIFA World Cup 2026™ Credit Card issued between 1 June 2026 and the end of the Campaign Period (“Honest FIFA Card”), with the account in good standing (no overdue payments over 30 days past due date, not suspended or frozen) and spend minimum Rp.10,000.
  • Employees of PT Honest Financial Technologies and affiliated parties, and their immediate family, are excluded.
• ‍How the Winner Is Determined (Draw): One live draw for 1 (one) winner using a verified, transparent, tamper-proof computerized randomizer — witnessed by required officials and Honest's internal team; recorded audio-visually and documented in signed official minutes.‍
• Winner Announcement: The announcement will be via Honest's official social media channel (@HonestIndo – Instagram, Facebook, Honest’ website, winner’s registered email, and winner’s registered Whatsapp). Published personal information will be partially masked (PII masking).
• ‍Winner Verification
  
  • Within 3 (three) business days (at the latest 14 September) after the Draw Date, Honest will contact the winner. The winner is contacted only via official Honest Customer Service (“Notification”).
  • Within 7 (seven) calendar days of Notification (at the latest 21 September), the winner must submit: valid KTP, selfie holding the KTP, and NPWP (if applicable), and provide written consent to publicity/content activities and use of their name, image, and likeness for marketing.
• ‍Prize Handover Terms
  
  • No later than 14 (fourteen) business days (at the latest 9 October) after winner verification is completed.
  • In-person hand delivery, coordinated after verification; the winner records a complete unboxing video as proof of receipt, attends the handover event as mutually scheduled, and participates in publicity content (with written consent; handover may be documented for marketing).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other products/services. All prize taxes are Honest's responsibility in accordance with the Indonesian applicable tax laws and regulations; Honest provides documentation to support the winner's tax reporting.
• ‍Prize Usage: Balance may be spent at merchants accepting Visa or QRIS, domestically and abroad, online and offline. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred, or exchanged; it follows the card's validity period and is forfeited if the card is no longer active. Honest's applicable credit card T&C apply.

2. General Provisions

• By participating in this Campaign, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
• Honest is a Financing Company licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• Honest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time with commercially viable effort of prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any conditions of the Permit (as defined below).
• Honest reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any activity inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign or applicable law.

3. Promotional & Regulatory Compliance

This Campaign is registered as a Free Prize Draw (UGB) by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 0669/07-2026 (“Permit”). All promotional materials are subject to these Terms & Conditions, and will state that Honest is a licensed institution supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

4. Privacy

• By participating in the Campaign, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Honest for Campaign administration, verification, fulfilment, and marketing purposes.
• Participants' personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as Honest's Privacy Policy. By joining the Campaign, participants consent to such processing and confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

5. Complaint Handling

• Participants with questions, objections, or complaints regarding this Campaign may contact: written complaints — WhatsApp 0811-1919-1101 or Instagram @HonestIndo; verbal complaints — Indonesia 0800-1-101-101 (Toll-Free) or international +6221-50867077.
• Honest's decisions on all aspects of the Campaign's implementation, including but not limited to determining participant eligibility, draw results, and prize handover, are final, binding, and not subject to dispute.

6. Miscellaneous

• Honest's decisions regarding the Campaign, eligibility, the draw, and prize handover are final and binding. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee winning the prize.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Honest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; by continuing to participate, you agree to the updates.
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this Campaign are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• These Terms & Conditions are made in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Both versions are equally valid; however, in the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail, and the English version shall be deemed automatically amended to conform with the Bahasa Indonesia version.
• Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Customers understand that by participating in this Campaign or by clicking “Agree” or another button of the same nature, they are giving electronic consent that has the same legal effect as a wet signature.
