Specific Offer Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in Fee Refund programs (“Programs”) offered by Honest. By participating, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. Honest reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Program at its discretion without prior notice.

1. Campaign period

• 8th October 2025 - 31st October 2025

2. Eligibility

• This offer is applicable only for Honest customers who have been approved for the Registration Fee product.
• The offer is available exclusively to users who receive the campaign communication directly from Honest through official marketing channels.
• The offer is only valid if the user completes the Registration Fee payment during the campaign period

3. Refund Criteria

• Customers will be eligible to receive a full refund of their Registration Fee if all of the following criteria are met across a 6 month period.
  
  • The Honest Card is used at least once every month.
  • The customer pays at least the minimum statement balance each month.
  • The account remains in good standing throughout the campaign period.

4. Refund Fulfillment

• The Registration Fee refund will be provided as a credit into the same Honest Card account.
• Refund fulfillment will take place within 30 days after the criteria have been met, or at a later date as deemed appropriate by Honest.

General Provisions

• All Programs are open only to Honest Card primary cardholders in good standing.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless otherwise stated.
• Honest Points awarded under these Programs can be redeemed through the Honest Points Program in accordance with its terms.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Customers must click on the marketing campaign link / receive the communication in order to receive the incentive.
• Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or other criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customer have read these T&C. Customer understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customer are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction: 
  
  • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
  • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
  • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, legal and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.

• Completion of activities must occur within the specified campaign period. Any actions outside of this period will not be eligible for the campaign incentive. 
• All incentives are dependent on the user making a first transaction of minimum Rp50k, and applies to all campaigns.
• All campaign incentives shall be fulfilled within 30 days of the campaign period, or whenever deemed appropriate by Honest.
• Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final and binding.
