2. Eligible customers will automatically receive a WhatsApp notification:
   
   • Congratulating them on their Successful Referral;
   • Asking if they would like to upgrade to the World Cup Card;
   • Providing a call-to-action to contact Customer Service or complete the confirmation process.
3. If the customer confirms their interest:
   
   • Honest Customer Service will create a card replacement ticket;
   • The customer will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp along with the estimated delivery time.
4. Standard card replacement procedures and logistics will apply.

3. General terms

1. The “World Cup Referral Program” (“Program”) is organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies (“Honest”).
2. This program runs according to the dates stated above (“Program Period”).
3. By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Honest reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Honest’s decisions regarding the Program, eligibility, and prizes are final.

4. Eligibility

1. This program is open to active Honest customers (“Referrer”) with accounts in good standing.
2. A referral will be considered a “Successful Referral” if:
   
   • The referred friend applies for an Honest Card during the Program Period using the Referrer’s referral link/code;
   • The friend is approved for an Honest Card (all Honest Card types: regular card, registration fee card, and Rp1 card);
   • The friend completes at least one qualifying transaction using their Honest Card.
3. Transactions that are canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent will not qualify.

5. Fraud Prevention

1. Honest reserves the right to disqualify customers suspected of:
   
   • Fraudulent activity;
   • Referral abuse;
   • Self-referrals;
   • Fake or duplicate accounts;
   • Transaction manipulation;
   • Violations of applicable laws or Honest policies.
2. Honest may withhold, cancel, or revoke rewards if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Privacy

1. By participating in the Campaign, users agree that Honest may collect and process personal data for:
   
   • Program administration;
   • Eligibility verification;
   • Reward fulfillment;
   • Customer communication;
   • Fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Honest's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

7. Other terms

1. All Programs are open only to Honest Card holders with accounts in good standing.
2. Participation in this Program does not alter a customer's obligations under existing Honest product Terms & Conditions.
3. Honest is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by technical issues, logistics providers, third parties, or circumstances beyond Honest's reasonable control.
4. In the event of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
5. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Participation in this Program does not guarantee the receipt of merchandise rewards.
7. Honest's decisions regarding eligibility and prize fulfillment are final and binding.
8. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. Honest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to such updates.
10. Winners must record an unboxing video of the merchandise to file a claim for damaged or defective items. Winners are required to record a complete unboxing video of the merchandise as a condition for filing a claim for damaged or defective items. Failure to provide such video evidence may result in the claim being rejected by Honest.
11. Customers must be vigilant against fraud attempts by individuals claiming to represent Honest. Any fraud or criminal activity committed by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program is beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, OTPs, and CVC numbers with anyone.
12. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Customers understand that by clicking "Agree" or any similar button, the Customer provides electronic consent that has the same legal force as a wet signature, so no physical signature on paper is required. Customers agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any way or forum in any jurisdiction:
    
    • Question the validity of or raise any objections to the Terms & Conditions;
    • Defend the non-performance or breach of the Customer's obligations under the Terms & Conditions; and/or
    • State that these Terms & Conditions are contrary to public policy or do not constitute a legal, valid, and binding obligation upon you that is enforceable against the Customer in accordance with their terms.
