How to get the promo:

• Simply refer 4 friends to apply for Honest Card.
• Make sure each one is approved and perform first transaction min. Rp50,000 during the period.

1.  General Provisions:‍

• The "Referrals Phone Giveaway Campaign" (the “Campaign”) is organized by Honest Bank (the “Organizer”).
• By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer.
• All Programs are open only to Honest Card primary cardholders in good standing.


2. Eligibility:‍

• Participants must refer a minimum of four (4) friends who:
  • Successfully sign up for Honest Card or Reg Fee (Rp1 excluded).
  • Are approved for the Honest Card or Reg Fee.
  • Make a first transaction with a minimum spend of 50,000 IDR during the campaign period (November 28, 2025, to December 7, 2025).
• Only referrals that meet all the above conditions will count towards the participant’s total number of referrals.


3. Campaign Duration:‍

• The  Campaign will run from November 28, 2025, to December 7, 2025.
• Any referrals made after the campaign ends on December 7, 2025, will not be counted towards eligibility.


4. How to Participate:‍

• To participate, users must refer four (4) friends to sign up for Honest Card or Reg Fee (Rp1 excluded).
• Referrals must be completed within the campaign period.
• Each referred friend must be approved for Honest Card or Reg Fee, and complete a first transaction of at least 50,000 IDR during the campaign period for the referral to count.


5. Prizes:‍

• Users who successfully refer four (4) friends who meet all the eligibility requirements will be eligible to win a Samsung A06 phone (the "Prize").
• The Prize will be shipped within thirty (30) days after the Campaign ends, or sooner, depending on availability and logistics.
• The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.


6. Referral Bonus:‍

• Each referred friend who successfully signs up for Honest Card or Reg Fee, is approved, and makes a first transaction with a minimum spend of 50,000 IDR during the campaign period will receive a 50,000 IDR bonus.
• The bonus will be credited to the referred friend’s Honest account within thirty (30) days after the end of the Campaign.


7. Disqualification:‍

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Participants must not use multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods to gain eligibility for the Prize.


8. Privacy:‍

• By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their personal data for purposes related to the Campaign.
• The Organizer will process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.


9. Miscellaneous:‍

• Prizes are limited and will be awarded strictly while its still available. In the event that the number of eligible participants exceeds the available prizes, the Organizer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the recipients based on: First come first serve. No additional prizes or compensation shall be offered under any circumstances.
• The Organizer’s decision is final in all matters related to the Campaign.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or other criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customers have read these T&Cs. By clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, customers are giving electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature, eliminating the need for paper signing.
• Customers agree in good faith that they will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
  • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&Cs;
  • Defend customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&Cs; and/or
  • Declare that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or are not a legal and binding obligation on them that may be imposed in accordance with its provisions.

‍10. Fraud Prevention and Legal Consent:‍

• Participants agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to manipulation of referrals or duplicate entries, in which case they will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
• By entering the Campaign, participants provide their consent to these Terms and Conditions.
