These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Indosat x Honest Data Reward Offer (“Program”) offered by Honest. By participating in this Program, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. Honest reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel the Program if fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or non-compliant activity is detected.

Campaign Period

11 March 2026 – 31 March 2026

Eligibility

This offer is applicable only to users who meet all of the following criteria:

1. Receive official marketing communication from Indosat and Honest regarding this Program.
2. Input the valid campaign promo code HONESTINDOSAT during the application process.
3. For the activation portion of the incentive (tier 2), users must activate the card and make a minimum cumulative transaction of IDR 50,000.

This offer is:

• Applicable only to Honest Card + Registration Fee users who successfully pay the Registration Fee.
• Not applicable to Rp1 customers.
• Not applicable to users who fail to input the correct promo code during application.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in ineligibility.

Reward Structure

Eligible users may receive up to 10GB of Indosat data, subject to meeting the following conditions:

Tier 1 – Application Reward

• 2GB of Indosat data will be awarded to users who:
  
  • Successfully complete the application,
  • Input the promo code HONESTINDOSAT

Tier 2 – Activation & Spend Reward

• An additional 8GB of Indosat data will be awarded to users who:
  
  • Activate their Honest Card, and make a minimum cumulative transaction of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).

The total maximum reward under this Program is 10GB of Indosat data per eligible user.

Fulfilment Timeline

The data reward will be credited within 30 (thirty) business days after the user fulfills the relevant reward criteria.

Honest aim to fulfill the reward sooner where operationally possible.

If successful, a voucher code will be sent directly to the user by Honest, via WhatsApp. This code can be redeemed for data within the Indosat app.

Important Notes

• Customers must input the promo code HONESTINDOSAT during application to be eligible.
• Honest will not provide any reward if:
  
  • The application is withdrawn, rejected, incomplete, or fraudulent;
  • The minimum transaction requirement is not met;
  • The promo code is not entered correctly during application.
• Honest reserves the right to adjust, extend, suspend, or cancel this Program at any time.
• Regular Honest Card terms and conditions apply.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
• This offer cannot be combined with other Honest promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Honest will grant the reward based on the first promotion for which the user successfully qualifies.

Privacy

By participating in this Program, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with Honest’s Privacy Policy.

Miscellaneous

• This Program is open only to Honest Card cardholders in good standing.
• If any inconsistency arises between these T&Cs and other Program communications, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• The Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you accept such updates.
• Customers must stay vigilant against fraud attempts. Do not share sensitive information such as your card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, or CVC with anyone.

By clicking “Agree” or any similar button, customers provide electronic consent equivalent to a physical signature.

Customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these T&Cs and agree in good faith that they will not (and will not permit or assist any party to):

• Object to the validity of these T&Cs;
• Defend non-performance or breach of obligations under these T&Cs; and/or
• Declare that these T&Cs are not legal, valid, or binding obligations enforceable in accordance with their provisions.
