How to get promos at BP gas stations:

   • You must enter the promo code: BP81 during registration.
   • Once approved and activated, use your Honest credit card to pay for transactions at BP gas stations.
   • Enjoy cashback of up to IDR 81,000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000.
   • Receive a notification once the transaction is successful. Cashback for eligible transactions will be processed within 1 day and paid out within a maximum of 7 business days.
2. ‍ For existing users‍
   • Already have an Honest Card? Keep saving every month!
   • Get IDR 10,000 cashback with a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000, once per month, with no promo code required.
   • Simply pay using your Honest credit card at BP gas stations, and cashback for eligible transactions will be processed within 1 day and paid out within a maximum of 7 business days.

Honest x BP-AKR Promo Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is a cashback program organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies (“Honest”).

Program Period

August 14, 2026 to January 10, 2027

Program Mechanism

Program 1 — 100% Cashback up to IDR 81,000 for New Users

• Valid for approved New Users who sign up using the promo code BP81 and make a transaction at BP-AKR outlets during the program period.
• 100% cashback up to IDR 81,000 is awarded 1 (one) time per New User, for a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000.
• Users must transact using an Honest Card (credit card) or QRIS within the Honest app at BP-AKR outlets.

Program 2 — IDR 10,000 Cashback for Existing Users

• Valid for all Existing Users.
• Cashback of IDR 10,000 is awarded 1 (one) time per user per month during the program period, for a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000.
• Users must transact using an Honest Card (credit card) or QRIS within the Honest app at BP-AKR outlets.

Applicable to both programs

• Honest will send a real-time notification after a successful qualifying transaction (for Program 2, after the first qualifying transaction of the current month).
• Both programs cannot be combined with other promotional programs.

Process & Cashback Disbursement

• Transaction validation and cashback disbursement are handled entirely by Honest based on valid transaction data.
• Cashback is processed within a maximum of 1 day after a qualifying transaction and paid out within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days after the user meets the requirements.
• This program is fully funded by Honest and does not require reconciliation from BP-AKR.
• Honest reserves the right to cancel or claw back cashback in the event of fraud, misuse, fictitious transactions, or transaction cancellations/refunds.
• Cashback is awarded for valid transactions made using an Honest Card or QRIS within the Honest app at all participating BP-AKR outlets during the program period, subject to minimum transaction values and applicable terms.

Eligibility

• This program is open to Honest Card users who meet the criteria for their respective sub-programs (New Users and Existing Users) as set out in the Program Mechanism section. Participants must have an active Honest account in good standing (not frozen or suspended).
• New Users: users who activate an Honest credit card during the program period, have never previously received or qualified for an Honest Card New User promo program, and registered using the promo code BP81.
• Existing Users: users who already owned and activated an Honest Card before the program period began, or who have previously received or qualified for a New User program.
• Participants must have met all identity verification and credit card eligibility requirements in accordance with Honest's standard policies.
• Participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and provide consent for the use of personal data in accordance with Honest's Privacy Policy.
• Employees of PT Honest Financial Technologies and its affiliates, along with their immediate family members, are excluded from participation.

General Provisions

These general provisions apply to all Honest programs and remain unchanged for each program.

1. General Provisions

1. By participating in this Program, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
2. Honest is a Financing Company licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
3. Honest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with commercially reasonable efforts to provide prior notice, to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with the provisions of the License (as defined below).
4. Honest reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud, misuse, manipulation, or other activities inconsistent with the spirit of the Program or applicable laws.

2. Promotional Compliance & Regulations

All promotional materials are subject to these Terms & Conditions and state that Honest is a licensed institution supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

3. Privacy

1. By participating in this Program, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Honest for Program administration, verification, prize delivery, and marketing purposes.
2. Participant personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, as well as Honest's Privacy Policy. By joining the Program, participants consent to such processing and confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Complaint Handling Mechanism

1. Participants with questions, objections, or complaints regarding this Program may contact: written complaints — WhatsApp 0811-1919-1101 or Instagram @HonestIndo; verbal complaints — Indonesia 0800-1-101-101 (Toll-Free) or international calls at +6221-50867077.
2. Honest's decisions on all aspects of the Program's implementation, including but not limited to determining participant eligibility, draw results, and prize distribution, are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

5. Miscellaneous

1. Honest's decisions regarding the Program and participant eligibility are final and binding. Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this Program does not guarantee winning a prize.
2. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Honest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; by continuing to participate, you agree to such updates.
3. Customers should be wary of fraud attempts by individuals claiming to be Honest representatives. Any fraudulent or criminal activity committed by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this Program is beyond Honest's control. Never share personal data such as card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, OTPs, or CVC numbers with anyone.
4. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in Indonesian and English. Both versions are equally valid; however, in the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail, and the English version shall be deemed automatically amended to conform to the Indonesian version.
5. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. By participating in this Program or clicking the “Agree” button or any similar button, the Customer provides electronic consent that has the same legal force as a wet-ink signature.
