• The promotional period runs from September 9 to September 11, 2026 (TBD), inclusive of both dates.
• Payment must be made using a Visa Credit Card issued by an issuer in Indonesia.
• Cashback is calculated based on the total accumulated MRT fare transactions per card each day.
• If a cardholder makes multiple MRT trips in a single day using the same card, the cashback will be calculated based on the total eligible transactions for that day.
  
  • For example, on September 10, 2026, you use the same Visa Credit Card for the following trips:
    
    • Trip 1: Fare Rp3,000
    • Trip 2: Fare Rp5,000
    • Trip 3: Fare Rp14,000
    • Total accumulated fare: Rp22,000
    • Cashback: 50% × Rp22,000 = Rp11,000
  • Therefore, you will receive a cashback of Rp11,000 for MRT transactions on that day.
• Cashback will be credited no later than 14 working days after the transaction date.
• Cardholders can view the cashback via their account statement or e-statement from the issuing bank.
