These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the New Customer Acquisition Program and Ranch Market's Old Customer Engagement Program (the “Program”) offered by Honest. By participating, you agree to abide by these T&Cs. Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Program if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

Campaign Period

The Honest Card x Ranch Market Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from March 16, 2026 to June 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Participant Criteria

This promotion is open to both new and existing Honest Card customers who meet the following criteria. Users of Rp1 are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

New Customers are users who:

• Apply for an Honest Card during the Campaign Period
• Entering the HONESTRANCH/HONESTFARMERS promo code on the application form
• Successfully obtained Honest Card approval

New customers who meet these criteria can participate in the New Customer Cashback Promo.

Old Customers are users who have had an active Honest Card before March 16, 2026.

To qualify for the Old Customer Cashback Promo, customers must make eligible transactions at Ranch Market or its affiliated stores—Farmers Market, Day 2 Day, The Gourmet, and Pasarina (the “Affiliate Stores”) —during the Campaign Period using an Honest Card.

New Customer Cashback Promo

New eligible customers will receive IDR 100,000 cashback if:

• Successfully apply and get Honest Card approval using promo code HONESTRANCH/ HONESTFARMERS, and
• Make minimum transactions of IDR 50,000 at Ranch Market or Affiliate Stores using Honest Card during the Campaign Period.

Cashback is limited to one (1) redemption times per eligible customer.

Old Customer Cashback Promo

Eligible old customers will get cashback of IDR 15,000 if:

• Make minimum transactions of IDR 50,000 at Ranch Market or Affiliate Stores using Honest Card during the Campaign Period.

Cashback is limited to one (1) redemption per customer each month during the Promotion Period.

Miscellaneous

• This promotion applies to transactions at Ranch Market outlets and Affiliate Stores in Indonesia.
• Cashback will be credited to the customer's Honest Card account within a maximum of 30 business days after a qualifying transaction.
• Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or reversed are not eligible for cashback.
• Honest reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the transaction before granting cashback.
• Honest reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Honest's decision regarding this Promotion is final and binding.

By clicking “Agree” or another similar button, the customer gives an electronic consent that has the same strength as a wet signature, eliminating the need for paper signing. Customer agrees in good faith that they will not (and will not allow or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:

• Refuse the validity or raise objections to the T&C;
• Sustaining customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&Cs; and/or
• Declare that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or are not a legal and binding obligation for those who may be imposed pursuant to its provisions.
