Campaign Period

Honest Card x KFC Promo (“Promo”) is valid from March 16, 2026 to June 15, 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility of Participants

This promotion is open to new customers and old customers of Honest Card that meet the following criteria. Users of Rp1 are not eligible to participate in this Promo.

New Customers is a user who:

• Submit an Honest Card application during the Campaign Period
• Entering promo code HONESTKFC when applying
• Getting approved for an Honest Card

New customers who meet these criteria can follow New Customer Offers.

Old Customers is a user who has Honest Card active prior to Campaign Period.

To get Old Customer Cashback, customers must make eligible transactions using Honest Card during the Campaign Period.

New Customer Offers

New eligible customers will receive voucher worth IDR 100.000 which can be used to purchase packages Petoook Group at KFC with prices starting from Rp29,000 (normal price starts from Rp129,000).

Vouchers will be awarded to eligible customers once the Honest Card application is successfully approved.

The use of vouchers follows the following conditions:

• Vouchers are given in the form unique KFC e-voucher code.
• Vouchers can be used at all KFC outlets in Indonesia (except affiliated KFC outlets), through the application KFCK, or website kfcku.com.
• Voucher valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers cannot be extended after the validity period expires.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Customers may need to pay price difference if the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher.
• Every eligible customer is entitled to 1 (one) voucher during the Campaign Period.

Old Customer Cashback Offer

Eligible old customers will get cashback IDR 20,000 if applicable:

• Conducting eligible transactions using Honest Card during the Campaign Period.

Cashback capped 1 (one) redemption times per month during the Campaign Period.

General Provisions

• This promotion is valid for transactions in KFC outlets in Indonesia (except affiliated KFC outlets), via KFCKU application, or sito web kfcku.com.
• Cashback will be credited to Customer's Honest Card account within a maximum of 30 business days after qualifying transactions.
• The Transactions canceled, refunded, or reversed (reversal) are not eligible for cashback.
• Honest has the right to do verification of the feasibility of the transaction before giving cashback.
• Honest is entitled amend, extend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Honest decisions regarding this Promotion are final and binding.
• Honest is entitled change the promo mechanism, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is a discrepancy between These Terms & Conditions and other communication materials related to the program, hence These Terms & Conditions apply.
• The program is organized on the basis of laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest can update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you are deemed to agree to such updates.

Security Alerts

Customers are advised to be careful Fraudulent attempts on behalf of the Honest Party. Any form of fraud or criminal acts committed by third parties claiming to be representatives of this program are beyond Honest's control.

Never share personal data, such as:

• Card number
• Expiration date of the card
• PIN
• OTP
• CVC Number

to anyone.

Customer Consent

Customers claim to have read and understood These Terms & Conditions. With the push of a button “Agree” or other button with similar function, customer gives electronic approval which has the same legal force as a physical signature so it does not require the signing of documents in writing.

Customer also agrees in good faith that Customer will not (and will not permit or assist any party) to:

• Decline the validity of or object to these Terms & Conditions;
• Defend non-compliance or breach of customer obligations under these Terms & Conditions; and/or
• Declare that these Terms & Conditions are contrary to public policy or do not constitute a lawful, applicable, and binding legal obligation for customers.
