Campaign Period

The Honest Card x KFC Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 11 May 2026 until 9 August 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to new and existing Honest Card customers who meet the following criteria. Rp1 users are not eligible for this Promotion.

New Customer is defined as a user who:

• Applies for an Honest Card during the Campaign Period
• Enter a valid promo code in the application form (see table below)
• Is successfully approved for the Honest Card

New customers who meet these criteria may participate in the New Customer Offer.

Existing Customer is defined as a user who already had an active Honest Card prior to the Campaign Period.

To be eligible for the Existing Customer Cashback Offer, customers must make a qualifying transaction during the Campaign Period using their Honest Card.

Promo Code & Reward Mapping

KFC Petoook Solo Meal (2x items) - Promo code: KFCSOLO - Value Rp40,000

KFC Big Treat 2 - Promo code: KFCBIG - Rp145,000 → Rp15,000 (Value Rp130,000)

KFC Petoook Group - Promo code: HONESTKFC - Rp129,000 → Rp29,000 (Value Rp100,000)

• Customers will receive the reward corresponding to the promo code used at application
• Each promo code is single-use per customer and cannot be combined with other codes

New Customer Offer

Eligible new customers will receive one (1) KFC e-voucher based on the promo code used during application.

Voucher Distribution:

• The voucher will be distributed after successful approval of the Honest Card
• Voucher delivery will be completed within 30 (thirty) working days after approval
• Honest will aim to deliver the voucher within 24 hours of approval where possible

Voucher Usage Terms

• The voucher is provided in the form of a unique KFC e-voucher code
• The voucher may be used at:
  
  • All KFC outlets in Indonesia (excluding affiliated outlets)
  • KFCKU mobile application
  • kfcku.com website
• The voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the issuance date
• The voucher cannot be extended after expiration
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
• Customers may need to pay any remaining balance if the purchase exceeds the voucher value
• Each eligible customer is entitled to one (1) voucher only during the Campaign Period

Existing Customer Cashback Offer

Eligible existing customers will receive Rp20,000 cashback when they:

• Make a qualifying transaction using their Honest Card during the Campaign Period
• Cashback is limited to one (1) redemption per month during the Campaign Period
• Cashback will be credited within 30 (thirty) working days after the qualifying transaction

General Terms

• This Promotion is valid for transactions at KFC outlets in Indonesia (excluding affiliated outlets), KFCKU mobile application, or kfcku.com
• Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or reversed will not qualify for cashback or rewards
• Honest reserves the right to verify transaction eligibility before awarding benefits
• Honest reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this Promotion without prior notice
• Decisions made by Honest regarding this Promotion are final and binding
• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time
• If there is any inconsistency between these T&Cs and promotional communications, these T&Cs shall prevail
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia

Fraud & Customer Acknowledgment

Customers should remain cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Honest will never request sensitive information such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, or CVC.

By participating in this Promotion, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• They have read and understood these T&Cs
• Electronic consent (e.g., clicking “Agree”) is legally binding and equivalent to a physical signature
• They will not dispute the validity or enforceability of these T&Cs

Other Provisions

• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanics, eligibility criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is any inconsistency between these T&Cs and communications relating to a Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• The Programs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to the updates.
• Customers should be cautious of fraud attempts by individuals posing as Honest representatives. Any fraud or criminal activities conducted by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program are beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number with anyone.
• Customers have read these T&C. Customers understand that by clicking "Agree" or another button of the same nature, Customers are giving an electronic consent that has the same power as a wet signature so that it is not required for paper signing. Customer agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
  
  • Object to the validity or raise any objection to the T&C;
  • Defend Customer non-performance or breach of obligations under the T&C; and/or
  • Declare that these T&C are contrary to public policy or are not a legal, valid, and binding obligation on you that may be imposed against Customer in accordance with its provisions.
