Program Period

June 24, 2026 – September 30, 2026

1. General Terms

1. The Honest x Burger King Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies (“Honest”) in collaboration with Burger King Indonesia (“Burger King”).
2. By participating in this Promotion, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
3. Honest reserves the right to change, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time with prior notice.
4. Honest and Burger King reserve the right to reject transactions suspected of involving fraud, misuse, or other suspicious activities.

2. User Eligibility

1. The acquisition promotion in Section 3 is only valid for selected Honest users and does not apply to users of the Rp1 program.
2. To be eligible for the acquisition promotion, users must enter a valid campaign promo code during the application process. The main promo code for this campaign is HONESTBK.
3. The cashback promotion in Section 4 is applicable to existing Honest users, including eligible Rp1 program users.
4. Users must:
   
   1. Have an active Honest account in good standing;
   2. Receive a valid voucher/promo code (if applicable);
   3. Make payments using Honest.
5. The promotion cannot be combined with other Burger King promotions, unless otherwise stated.

3. Promotion Mechanism – Honest Celebration Meals for Only Rp5,000

1. Eligible users can redeem the Honest Celebration Meals package for Rp5,000 using Honest during the Program Period.
2. The promotional package consists of:
   
   1. Whopper Jr Cheese
   2. Chicken Cheese Burger
   3. Fries Regular
   4. 3 Wings Plain
   5. 1 BIC
   6. Rice
   7. 3x Coke Regular
   8. Dip (Alabama)
3. The estimated normal price of the promotional package is Rp182.902. Eligible users will receive a voucher subsidy worth Rp177.902 and only need to pay Rp5.000 using Honest.
4. The promotion will be implemented through a unique voucher mechanism. Eligible users will receive the voucher code via WhatsApp.
5. Honest aims for voucher code distribution within 1 day after the user qualifies, however, the distribution process may take up to 30 days.
6. Each voucher:
   
   1. Valid for one-time use only;
   2. Cannot be exchanged for cash;
   3. Non-transferable and not for resale;
   4. Valid subject to availability and voucher expiry date.
7. Promo availability may vary at each Burger King outlet.

4. Transaction Cashback Program

1. Existing Honest users can receive cashback of IDR 20,000 per user per month for eligible Burger King transactions made using Honest.
2. Cashback is awarded after the transaction is successfully posted and verified by Honest.
3. Total cashback allocation is limited to IDR 20,000,000 per month.
4. Cashback may be discontinued if the monthly cashback quota has been fully utilized.
5. Eligible cashback will be credited no later than 30 days after eligible transactions are made.

5. Refunds and Disqualification

1. Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions may result in cashback or promotional benefits being cancelled.
2. Honest reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke promotional benefits if there are indications of fraud, misuse, duplicate account usage, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Privacy

User data will be processed in accordance with Honest's Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Honest's decisions regarding this Promotion are final and binding.
• Honest reserves the right to investigate and take action on suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee the receipt of product prizes.
• Honest's decisions regarding participant eligibility and the fulfillment of promotional benefits are final and binding.
• Users are advised to be wary of fraud attempts by parties impersonating Honest. Any form of fraud or criminal activity by third parties is beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card numbers, expiry dates, PINs, OTPs, and CVCs with anyone.
• Users declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. By clicking “Agree” or a similar button, users provide electronic consent which has the same legal force as a wet signature.
• Users agree not to (and not to permit or assist any party to):
  
  •  Challenge the validity of these Terms & Conditions;
  • Raise a defense of non-performance; and/or
  • Declare that these Terms & Conditions are invalid or contrary to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
