General Terms

1. The Honest x Beard Papa Program ("Program") is organized by PT Honest Financial Technologies ("Honest") in collaboration with Beard Papa Indonesia ("Merchant").
2. This Program is valid from May 25, 2026, to September 24, 2026 ("Program Period").
3. By participating in this Program, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Honest reserves the right to change, extend, temporarily suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

A. For new Honest users

Program Mechanism

1. Eligible users can redeem the Beard Papa promotion using the promo code HONESTPAPA.
2. Eligible users will receive:
   
   • 1 box containing 4 Beard Papa products for Rp4,000.
3. Voucher availability is limited and subject to quota availability.
4. Honest has committed to a limited voucher allocation during the Program Period.

Eligibility

1. This Program is only open to selected Honest users with active accounts and good standing.
2. Users approved with an initial credit limit of Rp1 are not eligible for the "One Box of 4 for Only 4 Thousand" offer.
3. Rp1 users are still eligible to participate in the cashback program under Section B, subject to applicable requirements.
4. Honest reserves the right to determine user eligibility at its sole discretion.

Voucher Redemption & Usage

1. Voucher fulfillment may take up to 30 days after eligibility requirements are met, although Honest endeavors to fulfill vouchers within 24 hours where possible.
2. Each eligible user may only redeem the promotion once unless otherwise stated.
3. Vouchers:
   
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
   • Cannot be transferred or resold; and
   • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
4. Expired vouchers will not be reissued or extended.
5. Additional Merchant terms and conditions may apply.

B. For existing Honest users

Cashback Mechanism

1. Existing Honest users are eligible for Rp10,000 cashback per month for transactions at Beard Papa.
2. Cashback applies to transactions with a minimum spend of Rp21,000 in a single transaction.
3. Cashback will be fulfilled through Honest's standard cashback mechanism.
4. Cashback is only valid for successful and posted transactions during the Program Period.
5. Cashback quotas may be limited.

Cashback Fulfillment

1. Cashback will be credited according to Honest's standard fulfillment timeline.
2. Canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or suspicious transactions will not be eligible for cashback.

Fraud & Abuse

1. Honest reserves the right to disqualify users, cancel rewards, or reclaim cashback/vouchers in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Honest's decisions regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final.

Privacy

1. User data will be processed in accordance with Honest's Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

Miscellaneous

1. Honest is not responsible for the Merchant's operational issues, product availability, or services provided by the Merchant.
2. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
3. For further information, users may contact Honest Customer Service through Honest's official channels.
4. Decisions made by Honest regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final and binding.
5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
6. Honest may update these T&Cs from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you agree to such updates.
7. Customers should be wary of fraudulent attempts by individuals claiming to be Honest representatives. Any fraud or criminal activity perpetrated by third parties or individuals claiming to represent this program is beyond Honest's control. Do not share personal data such as card numbers, expiration dates, PINs, OTPs, and CVC numbers with anyone.
8. Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs. Customers understand that by clicking "Agree" or any similar button, Customers provide electronic consent that has the same force as a wet signature, thus no paper signing is required. Customers agree in good faith that you will not (and will not permit or assist any party to) in any manner or forum in any jurisdiction:
   
   • Deny the validity of or raise any objection to the T&Cs;
   • Defend any negligence or breach of Customer's obligations under the T&Cs; and/or
   • Assert that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or do not constitute a legal, valid, and binding obligation on you, enforceable against the Customer in accordance with its terms.
