How do I pass the selfie step?

  1. Make sure there is enough light.
  2. Keep your face level with the camera.
  3. Use a plain background.
  4. Avoid accessories that cover your face.
  5. For hijab wearers, don’t cover your forehead and cheeks.
  6. Blink or make slight facial movements.
  7. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  8. If you suspect there was a system error, reach out to Honest Care for help.

I couldn’t submit the KTP information

  1. Make sure all the data you fill matches the information displayed on your KTP before you press "Continue.”
  2. If you have already input the information as displayed on your KTP correctly and still encounter an error, please contact the Civil Registration office for e-ID card data updates via WhatsApp/SMS at 08118005373 or call the Call Center at 1500537.
