Referral Bonus

• For Referrer: Get Rp100,000 cashback for every friend successfully referred (applies multiple times).
• For Friend: Get Rp100,000 cashback after being approved using the referral link shared by the referrer.

Cashback Details

• Rp100,000 cashback is given to both the referrer and the friend.
• The friend must be approved using the referral link shared by the referrer.
• The friend must be approved for either the Honest Regular Card or the Registration Fee program. Users approved through the Rp1 program are not eligible.
• Friends approved for the Honest Regular Card must complete a first transaction of at least Rp50,000 after approval, via QRIS or card, within the campaign period.
• Friends approved through the Registration Fee program must pay their registration fee and complete a first transaction of at least Rp50,000 after approval, via QRIS or card, within the campaign period.
• The referrer becomes eligible only after the friend has met the conditions above.
• Rewards can be multiplied based on the number of friends successfully referred.
• Cashback will be given no later than 7 working days after the friend's first transaction, and can be used for the next transaction.

General Rules

• All Programs apply only to Honest Card holders whose accounts are in good standing.
• Rewards cannot be cashed out, exchanged, or transferred, unless stated otherwise.
• Honest Points earned can be redeemed according to the Honest Points Program terms.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if suspicious activity, fraud, or misuse is detected.
• You must click the marketing campaign link or receive communication sent by Honest to be eligible for the incentive.
• All activities must be completed within the determined marketing campaign period. Outside of that period, you are not entitled to the incentive.
• All incentives are given after the friend completes a first transaction of at least Rp50,000 via QRIS or card.
• Honest's decision regarding eligibility and incentive distribution is final and binding.
• This program applies to friends approved for the Honest Regular Card or the Registration Fee program, and does not apply to users approved through the Rp1 program.

Definitions

• Referrer: A program that rewards Honest customers ("Referrers") who successfully invite others ("Friends") who do not yet have an Honest Credit Card, to apply for an Honest Credit Card online using a special referral code from Honest.
• First Transaction: The initial transaction you make using your Honest Card after the card is activated.

Other Terms

• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanism, criteria, and rewards at any time.
• If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and other information related to the Program, these T&C shall prevail.
• This program is governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&C from time to time. By continuing to use our Platform, you are deemed to agree to such updates.
• Be cautious of fraud committed by parties claiming to represent Honest.
• Fraud or other criminal acts by third parties outside the program are not under Honest's control.
• Never give personal data such as card number, expiry date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number to anyone.
• You are deemed to have read these T&C. By clicking the "Agree" button or similar button, you give electronic consent that is as legally binding as a wet signature, so no paper signature is required.
• You agree not to (and will not allow or assist any party to) in any forum:
  
  • Question the validity of these T&C;
  • Defend noncompliance or violation of your obligations under these T&C; and/or
  • State that these T&C conflict with public policy or are not a valid and binding legal obligation.

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by parties claiming to represent Honest. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other or third parties associated with or claiming to represent the program are outside Honest's authority. Never give personal data such as card number, expiry date, PIN, OTP, and CVC number to anyone.
