Referral Bonus

• For the Referrer: Get a IDR 100,000 cashback for every friend you successfully refer (multiples apply).
• For the Friend: Get a IDR 100,000 cashback once approved using the referral link shared by the referrer.

Cashback Details

• A IDR 100,000 cashback is awarded to both the referrer and the friend.
• The friend must be approved using the referral link shared by the referrer.
• The friend must be approved for a Regular Honest Card or the Registration Fee program. Users approved via the IDR 1 program are not eligible for this promotion.
• Friends approved via the Registration Fee program must pay their registration fee first.
• The approved friend must make a first transaction of at least IDR 50,000 after approval, using their Honest Card (Visa), within the promotional period.
• Transactions made via QRIS do not count as a qualifying first transaction for this promotion.
• The referrer is only eligible to receive the cashback once the friend has met the requirements above.
• Rewards can be multiplied based on the number of friends successfully referred.
• Cashback will be credited within a maximum of 7 working days after the friend makes their first transaction and can be used for subsequent transactions.

General Rules

• All programs are only valid for Honest Card holders with accounts in good standing.
• Rewards cannot be cashed out, exchanged, or transferred, unless otherwise stated.
• Earned Honest Points can be redeemed according to the Honest Points Program terms.
• Honest reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if any suspicious activity, fraud, or abuse is detected.
• Honest reserves the right to limit the amount of referral cashback incentives a user can earn within a specific period, in accordance with applicable terms.
• You must click the marketing campaign link or receive communications sent by Honest to be eligible for the incentive.
• All activities must be completed within the specified marketing campaign period. You are not eligible for incentives outside of this period.
• Honest's decisions regarding eligibility and the awarding of incentives are final and binding.
• This program applies to friends approved for the Regular Honest Card or the Registration Fee program, and does not apply to users approved through the Rp1 program.

Definitions

• Referrer: A program that provides cashback rewards to Honest customers ("Referrers") who successfully invite others ("Friends") who do not yet have an Honest Credit Card to apply for an Honest Credit Card online using a unique referral code from Honest.
• First Transaction: The initial transaction you make using your Honest Card after the card has been activated.

Other Terms

• Honest reserves the right to change the mechanism, criteria, and rewards at any time.
• In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and other information regarding the Program, these T&Cs shall prevail.
• This program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Honest may update these T&Cs at any time. By continuing to use our Platform, you are deemed to have agreed to such updates.
• Be wary of fraud from parties claiming to be Honest representatives.
• Fraud or criminal activities by third parties outside of the program are beyond Honest's control.
• Never share personal data such as your card number, expiration date, PIN, OTP, or CVC number with anyone.
• By clicking the button, you are deemed to have read these T&Cs. "Agree" or any similar button, you provide electronic consent that is as legally binding as a wet signature, so there is no need to sign on paper.
• You agree not to (and will not allow or assist any party to) in any forum:
  
  • Question the validity of these T&Cs;
  • Defend non-compliance or breach of your obligations under these T&Cs; and/or
  • Claim that these T&Cs are contrary to public policy or are not a valid and binding legal obligation.

Warning

Customers must be vigilant against fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Honest. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties or third parties associated with or claiming to represent the program are beyond Honest's authority. Do not provide personal data such as card numbers, expiry dates, PINs, OTPs, or CVC numbers to anyone.
